The breakfast at this hotel is the worst I had:
1) it wasn't enough for all guests so when we came to the breakfast area, almost nothing as left for us;
2) overall they offer very little choice: sausages, yogurt, eggs, and that's more or less it.
We came with our friends and we had 2 separate rooms for 2 pairs of people. In our room the floor wasn't clean, and in our friends' room the linen was stained. They asked to change it but no one did.
Apart from that, the listing says this hotel offers a shuttle service. I don't know if that's me but I thought it was included in the price, well it's not. Even to get a paid one I had to call them but the person was in Athens at a business meeting or something and couldn't talk, so we took a bus from the airport in Santorini.
The receptionist is helpful but it doesn't make up for the rest of the experience.

Break fast horrible and bathroom tate horrible.

The hotel was a complete disappointment! We did not expect a luxury hotel, but at least a decently cleaned room that has no traces of previous guests.
We arrive at the hotel and receive no courteous welcome. During the trip we didn’t receive any further service either.
We were not shown the room and had to go up and down all the stairs (tip is to leave the bags at the entrance).
The bedroom: When we open the door, a sewage stench (smell ) surrounds the room. It hardly looks tidy(cleaned) except for a made bed. We look around, the floor is dirty and there is an old book there, the walls are dirty and there are ants crawling on them?, also the table where you can put things are crawling with ants. Generally not fresh! The bed is the opposite of comfortable and the soundproofing is non-existent. Stains and hair in the bed. There isn't really room to unpack and where you put things there are crawlers.
The bathroom:
Very small and dirty in all corners and edges. There is a pair of used panties on the floor.!!!! The shower is moldy and there is no hot water.
Balcony: it was nice and spacious.
Breakfast: same breakfast every day, dry, boring and reused.
General: nice hotel from the outside and okay close to Fira, very steep slopes.
After the stay, we have frozen our clothes to ensure that no animals came with them. Scabies or bedbugs because it itched when we got home.
Hope you read the reviews before you (dont) book!

If you are looking for a safe place to sleep while in Fira (with aircon!) then this is the place. It is small, breakfast is also small, the pool is tiny, but it boasts great views of Fira and is in walking distance of Fira city centre without being in the midst of all the noise.
The mattress was very firm, but clean. Overall, the room was quite clean. The pool was not.
Sunny Days is a short walk away from the Fira bus station, so it is very easy to get around. We took buses to Perivolos, Oia, Akrotiri, and the airport with no issues.
We stayed here for a romantic getaway and I would recommend it for those that wish for quiet in a busy town and do not mind walking a little bit for the livelier areas.

the apartment complex was beautiful and the pool was great to use. breakfast was another great addition to the apartment as rooms don’t have kitchen facilities (apart from a fridge/freezer). great distance from Fira and air con worked well. room was very basic but did the job.

Nothing sunny about this hotel. I'm not somebody who expects luxury wherever I stay but hygiene is a basic necessity and unfortunately this place lacked it completely.
- Musty smelling bedroom and sewage smelling bathroom.
- Dirty brown bathroom floor. Cleaning staff do such a poor job of room service - all they do is dry the bathroom floor and exchange the bath mat. No sign of fresh towels or refill of toiletries and they don't make the bed either.
-Breakfast menu is appaling with cheese and bacon slices and eggs being recycled every day.
-Rooms are not noise proof.
-Rusty edges and door handles all over the hotel
-Overall, unpleasant at first sight
Yes, Santorini is an expensive destination - but it doesn't cost much to buy a bottle of dettol and keep the place clean!
(The only positive is the location - 10 minutes walk to centre of Fira)
With a strong emphasis - DO NOT STAY HERE!

I enjoyed my stay here. It is about a 15 minute walk from the town with an ocean view. I had my own private terrace that looked out onto the ocean, which was the highlight of my stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful and allowed me to extend my stay easily.

Great location.
It would be perfect if there is a hot water bottle and other facilities in the room

The picture does not lie. It is a beautiful looking hotel. The entrance to reception and all the different levels is very interesting and engaging. Location was excellent.
A quick 10 min. walk to the City centre. The actual room was very disappointing. The bed was the worst we experienced. Very lumpy and uncomfortable. A 50mm thermal mat would have eliminated the discomfort easily. The bathroom was so small we had to step over the toilet to get to the shower! There was no place to unpack, although, they did bring us a portable rack to hang clothes on. The room was also boarder line man clean. Far short of women clean! Breakfast was the same every day. Okay if you are there for 1, however, we ended up going out for breakfast for days 3 & 4.

We had a great time at Sunny Days! Walk was more difficult than expected to and from Thira, but overall great location!

The property itself is gorgeous! My room was the perfect size for what we needed and bathroom was clean. Fresh towels were provided every day and beds were made. Door locks automatically which made me feel safe. Pool was clean, warm and refreshing. It's walking distance from the town of Fira if you are ok with hills. I enjoyed my stay here!!!

Just a place to stay. The staff were not the friendly Greek people we had seen at other hotels helping us to maximize our visit. It was a great central location and the breakfast was fine. Just nothing to wax on about at this hotel.

The place itself is ok - simple and a little far from the bus station, what I already expected. However, the place has only one staff (at least is what I saw on the 2 days I was there). I would call actually slavery order than staff - the guy was there almost 24/7, responsible for the breakfast, check in, room cleaning... his English is not good, he hit on my friend, he complained that we didn't had breakfast all together - and this made his job harder. I was in a mix of anger and sympathy, because I cannot imagine how would be to work that much. No sign of the owner, no tips from the area...

need more attention to the small things broke and dirty. But for one night rush time it’s ok. We didn’t eat there because I didn’t like the look of the seating area. The refrigerator didn’t work .

I was looking forward to my stay after reading other people’s reviews and seeing the photos. Unfortunately, my stay was not as expected. The hosts were very kind, caring, and professional. I found the room to be clean but due to no bathroom vent/window, my room felt very damp. I noticed mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling when I went to take a shower the next day. I am on an extended trip and needed to do laundry but found out that the dryer on the property is broken. With it being winter there wasn’t enough time to hang dry my clothes. The WiFi didn’t reach my room and I couldn’t find coffee or breakfast as advertised in the morning. Because of the mold, wifi, and difficulty finding an open laundromat on a Sunday, I check out early to go to a different hotel who could do my laundry. Maybe this place is much better in the summer.

Small hotel that is private and has a unique layout for the rooms.

Watch out ! Don't pay taxes. They lie about the breakfast, they mentionned in the description that it is available while there is nothing. About customer service, it is full ZERO, if you ask about the breakfast they answer unkindly "There is no breakfast". Besides, the hotel is bad located and unclean.
Be carefull also about scams (food spots and taxis) and christmas holiday (the last 2 weeks of December), almost everything is closed in Santorini.

Memos was an amazing host. The morning after my first night he made me a Greek coffee as it was raining heavily that day. I can’t thank him enough for his support during my stay At sunny days. Because of him, I will be booking sunny days when I come back. 🙏

Clean and no-fuss stay, with friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located near main bus station (approx. 10 minute mostly flat walk). Good restaurants, shops, and views over the Caldera etc are about 10 - 15 mins away. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Days! Memos and Steven were great hosts; they were very attentive to all request and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The room was clean and had a wonderful view of the sea from our balcony. Convenient location with only a short walk from shops and restaurants. Great value for price and would recommend staying here on your trip to Santorini!

I stayed in my room all of 2 hours and left for another hotel 2 blocks away. The room was not satisfactory. Nothing like what the pictures looked like. I offered to pay an upgrade to a better room, but they were fully booked.

I had a very late arrival, which the hotel arranged a taxi for me from the airport. When the taxi dropped me off, it wasn’t at the hotel, but up the street. When I went to check in, no one was present at the reception counter, even though it knew I’d be arriving late. I did manage to find someone who was asleep. The room was subpar, the mattress made it difficult to sleep. I left as early as my planned hotel’s reception desk opened up. I wouldn’t stay there again.

It’s nothing at all like the pictures. At the bottom of a steep hill that the taxi couldn’t get down so we had to walk. However, hotel sent a really nice worker to take care of bringing our suitcase which was great! The bathroom was horrific!!! I can’t put into words how bad it was. Very small, shower open so the entire bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. Staff were great and made up for the bad conditions of the hotel. Breakfast by the pool was nice. The walk to Fira was a bit challenging and sometimes felt as if we were walking through people’s yards.

This place is brand spankin new and the staff is the best part! The owner was so inviting, calming, and incredibly hospitable!!! The owner allowed us a bit of a late check out (she was able to coordinate despite being fully booked), helped us negotiate an airport transfer, made sure our rooms were perfect and properly stocked, and ultimately made us feel so welcome. A few other highlights:
Dilon: the mighty maintenance guy made sure the entire premise were spotless- he gave us everything we needed throughout our stay and was always smiling. Absolutely amazing human being. Pay attention- he's the HARDEST working person at Sunny Days and thats saying a lot since the entire staff were great!
Breakfast- simple but delicious included yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, cheese, meat. Such a nice perk to have breakfast ready for you by the pool!
Pool- small but mighty. Kids had a blast!
