Terrible smell in the room, because the put a awful smell think on the wall. Had no hot water first 2 days,but the fixed it.

No tv no internet, host sent someone three times and they said they would return and nothing!! Under bed full dirt dried food in front of fridge and no hot water in neither room!! The 150 Fremont is a joke, front seat lady is horrible both times!! Multiple stays to try different hosts and same results!

Great value. Close to terminal 3. Great for a short layover in Manila prior to traveling home. Nothing fancy but the rooms are clean and those that run it worked hard to make our stay comfortable. Even picked us up and dropped us off from the airport (for an additional charge but it was reasonable).

Location to NAIA Terminal is walkable. It's just 5 minutes to the walkway elevator beside McDonald's.

The property looked very nice at first sight. It looked clean and well kept. Although when we had a closer look - it wasn’t clean at all. The bedsheets weren’t changed, it had, what seemed to be make up stains, and strands of hair. If you ever stay here, make sure to check the bedsheets, pillows and so on. Also the fridge has ants. Ants? how? The bathroom was okay I guess. Decent enough to use. The shower was broken, needed some fixing, but we managed to do that ourselves. The AC in the bedroom was leaking, the floor was wet af. They had an engineer come in to fix it. They also failed to mention this to us, the engineer just knocked on our door? No notice whatsoever. The wifi connection wasn’t that good either but whatever. Anyway, we ddn’t have a very pleasant stay. Although for the price I guess it was okay. But please! Make sure the bedsheets are new and clean! Because that was disgusting! I slept on the couch instead because that’s just disgusting.

Kitchen not working we told them but they didn't do anything about it. Tv says Netflix but nothing working. Toilet seat is loose. Wifi worked good after i reset the modem. Bed is good and there is not a lot of noise even though it's close to the airport.

No hot water in kitchen sink. Exhaust fan in bathroom not working aT all. Toilet seat loose. Very little lighting in kitchen area. Air-conditioning not working properly. TV not working properly as advertised. Toilet paper holder pulling out of wall . Paint work in unit Very poor condition ,paint pealing and cracked walls. Not enough cooking utensils. Overall should not be able too rent out. Me and the missus were unhappy

I like the price, convenience of location from the airport, cleanliness and staff. I found it hard to get a timely response from the owners, but their staff was accommodating.

The property was in great condition. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They brought in a wireless router for free personal wifi for my stay. I would likely stay there again if the circumstances occurred again.

The place was pretty good, safe,and sorrounded by shops , only sad that there was no available wifi when we stayed there for 4days, but overall we were happy, and going back again in the future.

Room was lovely, much bigger than expected, good air con and spacious bathroom which was better in real life than in pictures. When we arrived it was hard to find as there isn’t a sign to say the name of the place but after asking in the nameless lobby if they knew where the hotel was they told us it was that place. Only stayed a night as we were flying from Manila but it was perfect.

2/5 stars simply because many things were wrong. WiFi did not work at all. And I HAD TO KILL A COCKROACH for me to use the bathroom. Needs better maintenance and this place can be a great stay.

The staff for check in were very disappointing. Had trouble finding booking. When we got to our room no toilet paper or internet, told the check in staff and never saw him again. The location to the airport is very good.

The caretakers were very friendly and helpful. After checking in for the night, found that the bed was not comfortable, the A/C unit was not working (no cool air), the showers was not working but the tap below was. It was very noisy the whole night, since my room was next along the local streets and the drapes were very light the sun shone right through the room early morning. I complained the next morning and was given another room which was a bit better.

Friendly host allowed us to check in 1 hour early. He also helped with our luggages from across the street. Wifi was great. Cozy and comfortably room. We felt like home. The property was in an excellent location. Close to a lot of restaurants. The down side is we weren't allowed to cook in the kitchenette, but overall we enjoyed our room. Definitely will book again when we're in Manila.
