River view and easy walk to train station

Efficient and friendly staff, big delicious breakfast with a river view. The train to Zurich is a 5-minute walk to the station.

I really do not like the carpets in the rooms. Slowly renovating room by room would be a good investment

Big room Breakfast Staff

Construction noise under our room în the first day. Siren warning crossing railway very loud. Outdated room. Payment before receiving accommodation cardkey.

Pleasant

Staff was incredibly friendly, we received tips on what to see in the area. The breakfast was ok, the room was clean and comfortable.

The noise - there were road works (not hotel’s fault) and we were notified about this - no problem. But for two nights we stayed there, both mornings we didn’t have to use our alarms because someone was drilling inside the hotel and that felt like it was in the next room, SO LOUD! For the record, both times it occurred before 8 o’clock.

Cheap and correct hotel near Gisikon

- cheap hotel near Gisikon - good quality / price ratio

- many mosquitos in the room when you open the window, probably because of the proximity of the river - old fashioned look - a bit noisy in the morning because of the works nearby I didn't try the breakfast so I can't say anything about it.

The pillows were very very uncomfortable and there was some smell like someone somewhere was smoking.

TERRIBLE HOTEL - Blood on bedsheets

Nothing

Absolutely appalling. There are so many yellow and red stains on the mattress, the bed sheets and even the duvet covers. I have taken plenty of pictures. The bed broke 3 times out of the 4 times I stayed there and they even tried to charge me extra for it which is ridiculous.
