Boa estadia; atendeu as expectativas.

Café da manhã muito bom, dependendo do horário; localização tb muito boa; chuveiro e cama tb muito bons.

Excelente, o melhor de tudo o atendimento e a recepção dos funcionários.

Gostei bastante, praticamente tudo! Recomendo, o atendimento é excelente! Os funcionários são receptivos. A camisa muito boa, amei o café da manhã. Penso me hospedar novamente, só tenho coisas boas a comentar.

Não teve, nada que eu tenha me desagradado.

Nada no son serios con las reservas

Hice 3 reservas de hace más de 1 mes para cuando llegara el día del viaje, llegue súper cansada del viaje y me vienen a decir que la reserva no es validad y a parte querían cobrarme novecientos y algo por 5 horas que estaría ahí ya que pasaban a recogerme después, solo había reservado una noche no conocía nada no sabía portugués ni nada y tuve que salir a buscar otro hotel a las 3 de la madrugada ya que en este hotel me estaban cobrando esa cantidad de dinero, muy mal este hotel nada serios y no dieron solución de nada

Área comum do hotel muito boa e limpa. Piscina ótima, sauna também. Funcionários (todos) muito educados e prestativos. Localização é boa, fica no meio do caminho entre passarela e feirinha. Café da manhã é o ponto alto.

Quartos precisam de manutenção. Todos cheiram mofo (muito forte). Pedimos para trocar de quarto quando chegamos e fomos atendidos, melhorou um pouco no segundo quarto mas mesmo assim pelo que vejo é um problema do hotel. Além disso as toalhas precisam ser trocadas com urgência, são realmente velhas e manchadas. Localização, considerando que o mar é longe da avenida, não importa muito se é beira mar ou não o hotel (já que do térreo por ex não se vê o mar), além de ter quiosque na frente. Mas isso não é um pto do hotel em si, todos são assim na orla. Logo, acredito que ser localizado na orla em si não faça muita diferença. A praia do hotel também não é boa para banho. Então se o objetivo é esse, talvez seja melhor ficar em outra praia e se locomover até o centro a noite.

Gostei da estrutura do hotel. Lazer. Café da manhã e do Restaurante. Área da piscina. Cama e travesseiros excelentes.

Acho que nas sacadas dos quartos poderiam ter ao menos duas cadeiras para sentarmos a noite. E a piscina poderia ter aquecimento. Venta muito e a água fica fria.

O hotel é bem decorado e o café da manhã é muito bom. A piscina é muito boa também. O hotel fica há 1km da passarela do caranguejo, 1,5km do Cariri e 1,3km da Feira do Turista, ou seja, precisa caminhar para chegar nos principaia pontos da avenida.

Reservei um quarto com vista para o mar, mas o hotel só tem 3 andares e fui colocada no 2 andar, que não dava pra ver nada, apenas a avenida barulhenta. Mesmo no 3 andar não dá pra ver o mar. A porta da varanda nao vedava o som e não fechava direito, fazendo o barulho da avenida atrapalhar na madrugada. Limpeza foi feita de forma bem básica, todos os dias tinha areia no box. A localização do hotel até é boa, mas precisa caminhar cerca de 800m para chegar no restaurante mais perto e os restaurante de frente do hotel não nos agradaram.

Staff was super friendly. They shipped the shoes that i had forgotten in the room to my next hotel. The location was excellent, right in front of the beach Breakfast was the best we had during our vacation in Brazil.

The front desk girl when we arrived she was quite busy and not really happy. Our room also wasn’t ready as required with the cot. She seemed didn’t care and was quite rude when I asked about it. the check in was 2 and we arrived after 4pm. I would stay again as the first impression was not friendly and seemed to be annoyed to have quests check in.

Breakfast was a good mix of local and continental delicacies, staff went over and beyond to make our stay pleasant, and the location was great as it was a mere stone's throw away from both the beach and some lovely restaurants.

Very good position, across the road from the beach, near restaurants and bars. Very comfortable, large bed in a spacious room. Great breakfast. A nice pool and as the weather was not so good the sauna was great!

Everything was good. No complaints Not my first visit and I will return again. Maybe a coffee making facility in the room would be a bonus.
