A comida é boa e variada.

- Big and spacious room with king size bed!
- Mini kitchen and fridge was handy
- Amazing rooms hall, with lots of plants
- Incredible restaurant, lots and lots of food for every one including celiac and vegetarian people, both for breakfast and dinner!
- Main pool is amazing
- Location with direct conection to the front beach
- If i had to point something it would be the gym facilities, it could be more complete, some basic instruments were missing
- Free parking is also difficult, especially at the end of the day
- Spa was not included, if not mistaken it was 12€ per hour

All facilities were always clean, the food and drinks offer was good value (not just hamburgers and sausages during day, but also chicken, Mexican and salads). All meals had always great variety of food and they were good as well. The pool temperature was marvelous and the slides for the kids were awesome. The room had plenty of space although the closet doors were stuck.
All animation was poor for an all inclusive resort, even more the kids animation, was very amateur and most of kids didn’t understood them so in most cases kids weren’t playing along with them in their show.
The all inclusive is not 100% all inclusive since there are drinks that were paid even for the AI bracelets, but the most annoying was the spa, 7€/person per 90 minutes is just too much. I understand the 90 minutes to give time for all but to make AI clients pay that is not fair.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Very clean. Staff are very friendly and professional. Coeliac friendly options are great with GF pizza and pasta.
Maybe bathroom update with walk in shower instead of over bath shower.

right on the beach with a beach exit behind the pool, lovely pool area, lots of sun loungers available but very squashed together making most of them hard to get on and off. if you need a shady area then as you come down to you left by the side bar there are lots of trees, that stayed pretty shady till after lunch, there is a shade structure by the entertainment area but its for wheelchair users so we weren't allowed to use it which was a shame as there were no wheelchair uses there. and umbrellas are not massively useful as not much room to move the loungers around to stay in the shade. staff very helpful and friendly, plenty of food and drink. I've no kids and not there for the entertainment but the kids club and entertainment staff all did a great job and very enthusiastic. nice rooms, had a fridge to keep snacks and water cold. had an enormous bed which was great. shop next door with entrance to hotel.
please send maintenance to fix locks on all the toilets by the pool and in the restaurant. some are broken. food is amazing if you eat meat and fish but if you are vegetarian and vegan be prepared to eat pizza, pasta, potatoes and salad all week. it would be lovely to have some vegetable paella or risotto for example, or even a vegetarian burger on uk/america night or on the bar buffet. a lot of the mixed salad bowls had meat and fish mixed in. i got excited one night when i saw a sign saying chickpea stew, but that had a least 2 types of meat in in. i ate a lot and it was nice but was mostly the same every night which was a shame. just be prepared for that if you don't eat meat and fish. plenty of salad and fruit available though.

Food was great as was location to the beach and activities for children. Lots of efficient enthusiastic staff around. Very basic studio room.
The music was so loud at night until almost midnight. No double glazing to reduce the noise. It did not need to be that loud. Prevented little ones going to sleep. Pool towels could only be changed every 2 days! Not very hygienic when you have been to the beach. This property was the only place where I had used a gym with NO Air con...a massive let down as it made for an incredibly uncomfortable work out. Needed to request extra basics for kitchen which should have been supplied by housekeeping.

Good location, good restaurant buffet, very close to the beach!
Loud music / animation up to 23:00 - 00:00 which is quite audible from the rooms. Kind of a problem when you go with babies that have a bed time of around 21:00-21:30...

There is a children pool with some toboggans. The variety of food in both breakfast and dinner buffets.
It is NOT a four star. It has a very small ground for the amount of rooms it has. When we arrived, the unfriendly receptionist didn't explain how anything worked, we didn't realise to ask, so we had to go back several times to find out where to pick up towels, time for dinner and breakfast, etc. The hotel was quite full during our stay and there was practically nowhere to sit. There weren't enough pool chairs for the amount of people so we ended up in the green spaces around the pool. If you don't eat breakfast early and/or leave the room early to leave your towel on a chair, there is no chance to sit there. Not to mention on the beach, something like 20 umbrellas for 500 or more rooms. If you want to have a quiet dinner or breakfast, I recommend not to sit in the middle of the room or you will find a waitress picking up your plates every two minutes, which is absolutely annoying. Regarding the room, zero free toiletries, you could feel the springs of the mattresses, and there was no coffee / tea or water provided on the second day of stay.

Swimming pool were wide and with a lot of devices for children. Activities were well organize with a variety of things to do.
The aparment was near exit area for rubish of the hotel facilities, very noise and continuisly people talking making dificult to rest. Our room were 133 not recomendable if you are going to be a long period of time

Good quality food, fresh and varied dishes.
The rooms are comfortable and the location is good, with the beach just beside.
Animation wasn't great.
Staff in the spa wasn't very nice.
Not so many daybeds by the pool area, everything was always full.

There are plenty of sun loungers/kabanas so you can always find somewhere to relax. The staff are helpful and kind. The position next to the beach meant that as someone who loves the sea I could swim there everyday.

Good location next to de beach. Great pools with nice waterslides. Felt secure with the amount of lifeguards onsite.
Good buffet (breakfast and dinner). Family Oriented.
Room was small with little space so pack things. Small kitchen with no accessories to cook (just some plates and forks and knifes that weren't enough for the number of persons on the room. (I suspect that if I asked the hotel would probably provide those but if you book a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) there should be enough silverware at least.

Breakfast was fantastic. The room has a good space. There, people were very sympathetic and competent.
I've less enjoyed the bed and the pillow (too small for me).

Extremely pleasant staff...all of them. Front desk exceptionally helpful with sorting various things for me. Very impressed by the team. Very well run hotel with great facilities. All inclusive worked very well. Great ocean view from our 5th floor room.
The free Wi-Fi is slow. You have to pay extra for a faster Wi-Fi which is a complication process and still quite slow speeds in reality. We are now in 2022, and so I really do feel fast speed WIFI should be freely available to everyone without any fuss or bother.

Very spacious grand hotel with great facilities. Room was clean spacious and comfortable. Great sea and garden views from our 5th floor room. Outstanding sandy beach that stretches for miles across a wide walking area. Lots of comfortable seating areas in the garden which are well maintained.
A bit too noisy around the pools with lots of activities going on. More suitable to younger people especially with children. The food is good with lots of choices but it feels more like a canteen rather than a restaurant. The gym not well equipped.

The pool was excellent. Clean and well looked after.

There was so much choice at breakfast. And, the level of cleanliness was 100 percent in all areas.
The pool and lounging areas were superb.
The kitchenette in the room was just perfect
2.5 / 5.0
Pool and food.
Poor isolation from street noise. Smell from the bathroom when we arrived. Employee stress in the dining area and swimming pool. Fewer pool chairs than occupants. The rescuers, instead of taking care of the bathers, were putting information about the need to occupy the chairs. Receptionist takes call from outside while she was answering me, when there was a colleague next to her.
