Toller Aufenthalt 🤗

Sehr zentrale Lage alles gut erreichbar. Leckere Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Super freundliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr guter Wäsche Service. Zimmer zum schlafen sehr ruhig. Wir sind schon das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen und wir würden es wieder buchen. Wir konnten unserer Urlaub sehr genießen 🤗

Great family accommodation we loved it great family accommodation.

The location was ideal central. We loved the spacious apartment with 4 large beds. Great for kids to have space. We used the free hotel bikes to explore the area. Staff were so helpful including finding lost bank cards, booking trains and organising tours. Highly recommend this hotel!

Location, good bed, buffet breakfast, nice staff

We were upgraded to a family room so we had plenty of space. This particular room was extremely quiet as it was internal and on the last floor. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel just couldn't have been better, right next to the action. The staff were superb, always corteous and ready to help.

The hotel was undergoing much needed renovations so there was dust in the common areas and the spaces looked indeed a bit tired. The bathroom in our room also needed renovating. It was only just adequate.

Perfect location, outdated rooms

Location is the BEST factor of this hotel. It’s right on the riverside, super close to the bars and restaurants which meant less need to take a taxi anywhere. If you want a lively place to stay, this is it! Breakfast was also better than we expected, lots to offer and the staff are really kind, make a big effort to accommodate your needs and wants.

Old furniture, lots of insects (hotel would benefit highly with mosquito nets above the bed) and the toilet and shower is one.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff was very friendly. They serve a good breakfast. Also, the rooms are very spacious and the pool looks nice.

A couple of things weren't maintained well. The airconditioning was dripping, the sink didnt drain properly, the closet door didnt fully close etc.

Some of the outlets in our room didn’t work, upstairs bathroom was very hot, and room has all open walls so little privacy if traveling with friends/group.

I loved being so close to the old town but not amidst the crowds.

The staff went above and beyond when it came to assistance, advice and friendliness. The location was sublime.

It was the hardest bed I have ever lain upon. I didn’t know you could get such a hard mattress! The chairs in the room (and throughout the hotel) were not designed for rest and relaxation.

the location was amazing. in the heart of the old town. Easy walk to everything. Friendly staff. Room was spacious.

Most uncomfortable bed in Vietnam. All beds in Asia are firm, but this one was hard, lumpy and arched upwards so it was like sleeping on a barrel. The air conditioner was positioned to blow right in your face while laying in bed, and smelled of mushrooms. There was a big frosted window in the bathroom, but no bathroom door so the light from the hall came in the room at night.

Great location along the river, very walkable to restaurants, the night market and shopping. Great ambiance around the whole property with features like the wooden bridge. The staff were very friendly, especially Minh, who went out of the way to ensure our stay was comfortable and assisted with organizing pickup and drop off to the airport. Bicycles were also available for free use.
