Romantisches kleines einfaches Hotel/Restaurant am Greyerzersee. Sehr gute Küche, freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Badezimmer sehr klein.

Nous avons profitez d’un excellent petit déjeuner. Produit varier, produit du pays, grand choix, super équilibré et très très bon.
J’ai adoré
Et de notre chambre une magnifique vue. C’était superbe!
Rien de spécial.

Great location, friendly staff, restaurant on site with very good food, free parking, pets allowed .
Good breakfast with many fruits ( except the coffee, which is incomparable with the delicious espresso served at the restaurant)
4.5 / 5.0
The service in the restaurant was very professional and the food of high quality and well prepared. The local wines proposed were excellent. Dinner was very enjoyable. The room was large with plenty of hanging and shelf space, and a safe at eye level. Great view from the room terrace. Good continental breakfast. Plenty of parking. Lots of foreign TV channels, including lots of English speaking ones. We will stay there again.
Regrettably there is no lift, but only two upper floors. Nevetheless a bit tough for us oldies with luggage. Bathroom a bit small, and no bath tubs available.

Everything was very good, we had à great dinner, the room was big and quiet, the breakfast delicious.
The owner and the waitress and staff friendly and efficient.
Nothing to declare!
3.5 / 5.0
The hotel is typically Swiss and parking is easy. Short drive or long walk into Gruyeres which is absolutely stunning.
We had a room at the front of the hotel which, although had a balcony with nice view, was disappointingly small and very dated.
We didn't eat in the restaurant but it always seemed busy.
Our room was tiny, desperately in need of redecoration and the walls were very thin.
Minibar wasn't properly checked and had half empty bottles left in it.
Breakfast was average compared to other hotels we stayed at on this particular trip.
Although a short walk to the lake shore, it was actually a bit grubby and disappointing.

The good location , the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast buffet, with a big variety of fresh fruit.
There was a step down from the bathroom into the room.

The bathrooms where clean but could do with updating

The staff were friendly and helpful. The building was traditional and had lovely views on the lake and mountains.
The breakfast was excellent.
The bathroom was very out of date and tiny, up a step from the room and no bigger than a wardrobe.
The dining room was very formal and we found the menu and dishes to be too expensive.

Staff, the view, location
Room was small and bit old fashioned, given the price.
The dinner was VERY expensive (33 to 45 CHF for one main course). For that price I would expect Michelin stars quality, but instead we basically got good fish and chips.
