Very poor

Only the location

We were not told that the property is under renovation. Half the facilities were not provided but we were charged the full amount. The basic amenities like brushing kit, bathroom slippers were chargeable. On the day of day of check out water bottles were chargeable. Highly disappointing. Water was leaking r from the bathroom basin.

Eminently avoidable

An embarrassment. The construction renovation work made the entrance area a mess (no staff available to guide guests) and I couldn't risk the food there even for a brief stay so despite shelling out the full payment in advance, I aborted plans after reaching the hotel in Jamshedpur. Needless to say the Hotel didn't offer even a partial re-payment

Understaffed sections

Centrally located smart hotel that follows a minimalist approach. Clean, good food and a fabulous restaurant with smiling staff always ready to help (sometimes going out of the call of duty) . Genuine warmth of this staff enthralled me

Reception and room cleaning department slightly understaffed. Too few in number, but slightly inexperienced staff/greenhorns need a little more handholding from seniors. Sometimes they get overwhelmed by a sudden rish of a large number of guests during check-in and check out at the reception. On the evening shifts, there was only a single room cleaning staff to handle dozens of rooms

The overall experience is satisfying. The location has the biggest advantage.

The breakfast could have few more options.

Room size is very much compromised. The quality of mattress was also bad. It needs replacement. Staff at reception is expected to be little more polite and courteous. I think they lack proper training.

JSR TATA GINGER Awesome property hardworking people 24/7 Best in City to stay feels like u staying at your home itself.. if u don't want to go to cafe u can order from ala cart.. excellent menu room service people thanks for the services .. awesome food quality aswell as quantity value for money rooms are neat n clean hygiene maintained everything is near by excellent property overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ keep going ginger 🙂✌🏻😎💯

A strict no smoking policy in the premises too. if they are so concerned about health, the management should get out from steel and auto industry ☺️

Thanks Ginger Jamshedpur staff members for their cordial gesture

Breakfast was wonderful and as per my choice. The ambience of the dining hall was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect as it is situated at the heart of the city

The washroom had a negative point that water was flooding outside the bathing area after a shower Though room service men immediately attended the problem

Stay was good. But, some more care needs to be given to the facilities.

Breakfast was okay for Rs 200. The location was very good and in the main area.

Geyser was not working. But a service staff brought us hot water in the night when asked. However, in the morning, we had to bathe in cold water.

Pathetic experience, waste of money and trust me its awful

Nothing about my stay. It is a waste of money but just stayed there as its closed to TATANAGAR station (2kms appx). However will never recommend anyone to this Ginger hotel. I stayed earlier at Ginger Mumbai, which is far good than the one at Jamshedpur. I will give a big 0 to this hotel.

In room toothpaste, shaving kit should be complimentary

Upma was very dry, chicken also not good, for vegetarian please serve tomato omelet, pose, etc

nothing, just the staff were warn

everything, the room was small (that is the same in every ginger hotel), but the AC was not working, the room was dirty, linen was worn out. i felt like i was in some prison. Next, the breakfast was the most horrible experience. just one word, never sty here
