Resort stupendo, uno dei migliori se non il migliore di sharm.

Tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Quasi tutti parlano italiano e chi non lo parla fa di tutto per farti sentire a casa. Cibo ottimo, diffidate da chi dice che non sia così. Certo non non potrà essere un ristorante italiano stellato ma è giusto così. Uno dei migliori resort in cui sia stato. Bellissimo, scenico, ottima animazione Italiana, moltissimi ospiti Italiani ed una barriera corallina meravigliosa.

Gorgeous Beach

The hotel's beach is located at Temple Reef. The reason we chose this place was to snorkel on the reefs. The beach is located on a really beautiful reef. We saw many fish, stingrays, moray and corals. If your goal is to snorkel, you are definitely at the right hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We haven't had any problems with anything. The hotel rooms were clean although a bit old. Our room was cleaned every day. We tried Kebab and Indian restaurants for dinner and we liked both very much. Breakfast and main restaurant were also good. Local alcoholic drinks are served at the hotel. It is different from the flavors you are used to in your own country. Don't have too high expectations :) We had the opportunity to meet Mr. Yaşar, the general manager of the hotel. He was very caring and helpful, thank you for that.

Wifi connection was poor. It will be better if it works in the bars, restaurants and pool areas. Although spraying was done every day for mosquitoes, unfortunately there were too many. Maybe a solution can be found for this.

Villaggio immenso e curato tutto nei minimi dettagli, cibo eccellente con chef italiano, piscine in ogni parte del villaggio mare esemplare camere comfort e pulite staff cordiale e gentile, camper ieri sempre pronti a far sì che il servizio sia impeccabile, punto mare esemplare e posizione ottima x girare le mete come sharm vecchia, naamabay, soho square, consiglio vivamente questa struttura. Abbiamo soggiornato x 12 giorni in totale relax e divertimento… Animazione veraclub top ragazzi eccellenti sempre impegnati nell organizzare giornate super e serate in teatro da mozzafiato nulla da dire ci ritornerei altre mille volte Reef Oasis una vera garanzia 💯💯💯

Struttura di ottimo livello, buona la pulizia sia delle camere, che dei luoghi comuni, personale molto gentile e sempre sorridente, cibo oltre le nostre aspettative molto buono e mai ripetitivo, nel complesso consiglio il Reef Oasis Beach!!!!

Camera superior a mio parere poco luminosa la sera, arredamento un po' datato, durante il soggiorno si è guastato il condizionatore, avvisata la reception alle 18:00 mi viene detto che entro 20 minuti sarebbe intervenuto un tecnico, alle 19:30 dopo cena, non essendo arrivato nessuno, torno a chiedere informazioni, mi viene ancora risposto che tra 20 minuti si risolve il problema, e cosi ogni mezz'ora fino alle 23:00 esausto del continuo rimandare, contatto un amico nato in Italia ma figlio di Egiziani, (anche lui in vacanza a Sharm) che penso abbia ribaltato al telefono il signore della reception, morale alle 23:30 il tecnico era sul tetto a caricare il gas del condizionatore... questi inconvenienti possono succedere ovunque anche nel miglior resort

Standard di igiene elevati

Lo standard di pulizia e igiene anche alimentare è stata la cosa più importante. Staff gentile, disponibile e garbato, mai maleducato e scostante. Buona barriera corallina ma pochi pesci.

Lettini e ombrelloni in spiaggia insufficienti, devi svegliarti presto per trovare posto. C'è una navetta che ti porta in spiaggia, ce ne vorrebbero almeno 2. La salita dalla spiaggia col caldo diventa pesante. Sulla varietà del cibo si potrebbe fare molto di più.

Struttura da consigliare

Della struttura ci è piaciuto tutto, nulla da ridire. Tutti gli ambienti erano ben curati e puliti. Disponibilità ed organizzazione al top, ragazzi della reception gentilissimi. Cibo buono e con possibilità di consumare i pasti in diverse location. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 18 al 25 maggio e ancora a distanza di tempo pensiamo a quanto siamo stati bene e non vediamo l’ora di poterci ritornare. La nostra camera era una familiare, siamo due adulti e due bambini, e l’ambiente era spazioso e ben organizzato. Pulizia giornaliera sempre fatta in modo accurato, purtroppo ricordo solo che il nome del ragazzo delle pulizie inizia con la B., è stato veramente cordiale e preciso per tutto il nostro soggiorno. La nostra camera, la numero 7138, faceva parte del blocco camere familiari dove vi è una piscina con poolbar, il Wi-Fi prende molto bene e per andare in piscina basta uscire dalla porta finestra della camera. Punto mare bellissimo con accesso diretto in acqua il che lo rende ancora più adatto alle famiglie con bambini come la nostra, Reef bello. Tutto è andato divinamente e stiamo consigliando a tutti i nostri amici questa struttura, sperando di poter tornare lì quanto prima.

La struttura è molto bella , lo staff cordiale ed il cibo ottimo. La posizione è perfetta con un bellissimo Reef . Il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente ottimo. La formula All Inclusive è superlativa

Potrebbero migliorare la pulizia e darei 10 a tutto,ma in Egitto per loro già così è TOP. Sono stata i altri resort e loro sono i migliori potrebbero diventare 10 se si impegnassero nella pulizia come siamo abituati in Italia.

Una settimana rigenerante

Personale eccezionale, qualsiasi richiesta veniva accolta in modo impeccabile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Unica pecca che non in tutti i bar delle piscine venivano servito un drink alcolico. I nostri complimenti e ringraziamenti alla professionalità del manager Nabil del ristorante che ha saputo rendere unico il 18 compleanno di mia nipote! Un enorme grazie ai grandi sorrisi dell' addetto alla navetta( di cui non ricordiamo il nome) che in ogni momento ci ha aspettato per offrirci un passaggio! A presto !

Booking üzerinden [email protected] adresine mail atmamı söylendi, maili gönderdim cevap filan dönmediler (Aşağıdaki maili). Tamamen amatörler bu konuda. Kısacası Booking üzerinde snorker ve diving ücretsiz yazıyor, otele gidince para istiyorlar. Ayrıca check in için epey beklettiler (Biz size bilgi vereceğiz dedi), odayı ayarlamışlar bilgi veren yok. Ben sorunca söylüyor Hi sir/ madam It is written on booking com that it includes snorker and diving. I understand there is no extra fee, is that correct? Can you give information about this subject?

Tutto devo dire perfetto e udite udite si mangia bene molto bene posizione perfetta sia per chi entra in mare da spiaggia chi dal pontile…si dirada …camere belle ampie noi eravamo 4 quindi camera doppia bordo piscina perfetta..nn siamo andati con veraclub quindi nn so dirvi del mini club ma mi sembrava ottimo …che dire straconsigliato noi per le gite abbiamo usato un italiano che vive lì …tutto ottimo ….

Mare , baia bellissima ampia e protetta dal vento, ideale x chi non fa immersioni. Distanza tra stanza , bar ,ristorante e reception, comodissimo. Servizio transfert da/per aeroporto organizzato con booking.

ottima struttura per una vacanza rilassante!

Camere ampie, spiaggia facilmente accessibile con possibilità di vedere la barriera corallina. Cibo buono e sempre vario. Spettacoli molto belli, noi abbiamo preferito quelli dell hotel a quelli di veraclub!

Il personale è sempre gentile, ma alcuni un po’ insistenti sulla richiesta di mancia.

Brialliant and definitely recommend

Very nice stay. The staff were extremely nice and very welcoming from the moment i stepped in until i left. Property is clean and there is ongoing work to improve every room which is great. It’s not the usual big hotel building rather rooms with your choice of view. I had the sea view which had a pool next to it and a small garden which was perfect. There are a lot of activities you can do if you are coming with family, couples or kids so you won’t be bored. I was impressed as most of the staff were talking Arabic, English, Italian and Russian!! So language barrier is not an issue. Pools and beaches were nice and clean. I used the pool mainly and enjoyed it. I had full board and the buffet was great all day through and keep changing the meals so people won’t have the same food daily. As full board you can have two restaurants included a la carte including Indian and middle eastern grill. There are sea food and asian/sushi at an additional cost. Overall very nice stay and would definitely come back.

They are renewing the rooms and adding wifi which was not available in my room. The staff made it clear to be honest but i took it anyway as the view was better. Same for the cafes next to the pools. I would like to see the whole resort wifi enabled. It might sounds silly as people coming to enjoy some time off but still would be good.

Reef più bello di Sharm!

Posizione ottima, la barriera corallina è tra le più belle di Sharm con una varietà di pesci favolosa.. Lo staff, sia locale sia di Veratour, cordiale e simpaticissimo. Camere pulite quotidianamente, comprese le lenzuola.

A wonderful experience where customer service is felt and lived; Great snorkeling too.

Service excellence: abundance thinking, always finding ways to exceed expectations and offer more than asked. Particularly Romany at the beach bar and Hashim manager at La Gioconda. Initially thought lack of Wifi in rooms and certain areas was a drawback but it helped generate more interpersonal time and an authentic experience. Food choices were exceptional. Great snorkeling reef.

Potentially activation team could become more multi-lingual beyond exclusive Italian focus and more teenager options.

Excellent stay but a few things need to change.

Beach. breakfast, restaurants food. Kindness of staff. Evening shows.

Accessibility for wheelchairs and mobility scooters not always present which makes the stay a bit annoying for guests with reduced mobility. With a little effort the hotel will be gaining a lot. Also, the fact that some beach activities seem to be reserved for Italian nationals is not acceptable. In fact some beach activity monitor was talking in Italian to my daughter and he decided to cut short the discussion when he realized that she doesn't speak Italian. I asked him in Italian if the activity was just for Italians and he said yes. I was quite socked and disappointed. This looked to me like discrimination. The hotel should rather promote exchanges between the guests and not isolation. This is the first time in my life I see this. I hope that this attitude will change whatever the cost is.
