Schöne Anlage mit langer Laufdistanz zum See

Grosser schöner Garten zur Eigennutzung, Whirlpool. Schöne gepflegte und grüne Anlage, Spielplatz. Nettes Personal, schönes Restaurant. Das Maskottchen Spotty:)

Zu wenig Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs im Appartment. Leider gar kein Haushaltstuch zum Abtrocknen des Geschirrs, wird auch auf Nachfrage nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Vieles ist aber im Minishop zu erwerben. Innenpool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sonst in Ordnung. Allerdings ist der Umkleidebereich viel zu klein und zu eng. Anlage liegt ruhig am Ende einer Wohnsiedlung, leider grosse Entfernung zum See und zu Restaurants. Kinderamimateure leider teils sehr unmotiviert. Tatsächliches Kinderprogramm wich teilweise vom angekündigten Programm ab. Statt Basteln und "Crazy Painting" wurden nur Ausmalbilder und Stifte zur Verfügung gestellt, das wirkte manchmal etwas lieblos.

El dpto es un tanto oscuro debido a la pared que se ha construido para separar el dormitorio, haciendo a éste un poco estrecho. Sería más luminoso y cómodo como un monoambiente

I would recommend for families specially. Kids could run free and enjoy themselves!

My kids loved the slides in the pool and the playground. We also used the tennis court which was a bit bumpy but we still had a good game. We also liked the souranding lots of trees and wasn't paked with cabins or huts you felt like we were in the forest.

Our apartment was on the hill , we have to climb the stairs but it keep us fit :)

Sehr schöne Anlage für Familien mit Kindern!

Die Lage war super für unterschiedliche Ausflüge und für den See sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Animation für Kinder sehr abwechslungsreich. Waschmaschine in der Villa gratis! Grill im Aussenbereich gratis! Anlage groß, sauber, tolle Spielplätze und Pools!

Die Einrichtung im Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und sah daher nicht sehr einladend aus. Zweckmässig eingerichtet, dafür aber mit Spül und Waschmaschine (Achtung nur in den Villas!!). Klimaanlage nur im einem Schlafzimmer, das andere war ohne. Indoorpool (es waren teilweise kühle/regnerische Tage) wurde erst einen Tag vor unserer Abfahrt eröffnet, daher kein Badespass für meinen Sohn in dieser Unterkunft-sehr schade :-(!

Vše uzpůsobeno dětem. Každé ubytko má venku i grilovací místo s posezením. Doporučuji pro lidi, kteří když chtějí opusti

Skvělé ubytování pro rodiny s dětmi. 3 bazény včetně krytého při nepřízni počasí - voda byla v něm teplá. Dětské hřiště. Psí maskot Spotty, který se ráno vítá s dětmi. Celý komplex je ve velké zahradě, se stromy, jednotlivé ubytování jsou od sebe oddělená, každý má svůj prostor. I když bylo plno, nikoho jsme moc nepotkávali, jen ráno u snídaně.

Ubytování bylo naprosto v pořádku

Perfektes Hotel in sehr schöner Umgebung!

Sehr schöner Park im grünen. Schöne Appartements, ein toller außen sowie Innenpool. Restaurant breitet leckere Speisen und Getränke zu guten Preisen an. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr sympathisch. Ponyreiten für Kinder , sowie verschiedene Aktivitäten im Kinderclub. Die Lage ist super, Moniga del Garda ist ein süßer kleiner Ort am See gelegen, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um andere Orte zu besichtigen. Wir waren rundum glücklich mit unserer Wahl des Hotels.

Einige Stellen ,Pavillons abends leider nicht beleuchtet daher konnte man sie nicht nutzen da es schon gegen 19.30 dunkel wurde. Ein Wechsel der Handtücher alle 3-4 Tage wäre sehr hilfreich. Ansonsten alles perfekt!

Relax near the Lake Garda

The residence offers nice places for relax. You can swim in the pool, relax in the garden or in the shadow of the woods. Our kids mostly went for the swimming pool with the toboggan. The cleanliness was spotless.

Magical hotel in the forest

A beautiful hotel with a friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect for children. The hotel facilities are diverse and wonderful. The restaurant is good, and the breakfast is pleasant and tasty. We stayed in a villa with two spacious bedrooms, well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, we and our two kids slept well. The hotel is located within a peaceful pastoral forest, which creates a serene rural atmosphere. It was perfect. Highly recommended, already miss it!

While the hotel's location within a forest has its advantages, there are also some drawbacks: we had a slight ant problem, but the staff promptly tried to do the best to help. Additionally, the shower was small, and while the water pressure was good, the temperature was not stable, which was a bit inconvenient. Although the room was very pleasant, I recommend that the hotel renovate it to make it more modern. Additionally, I would advise to vacuum the sofas and carpets more thoroughly.

Self Catering made easy! Great on-site facilities in a fantastic setting - great indoor pool and outdoor areas for kids and adults! Our villa had everything we needed and more - would love to come back!

I liked the appartment. That was quite big and well equipped. There was a grill place. The hotel area is big, trees and flowers are around.

The indoor pool was small, just for kids to splash. I didn't get it by the photo.

Beautiful place for a family holiday

The residence is situated in a very beautiful, garden like, property. All staff from reception, restaurant, life-guards and grounds keepers are super friendly and helpful and really care about the guests. The facilities such as swimming pools (3), tennis courts, volley ball etc are great for children and the restaurant and shop are extremely handy to have close by. The food is also very good. Our kids loved the daily Spotty Club activities and the staff were fantastic hosting them. There are also plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby.

Everything was great at the hotel. The surrounding area is a little quiet in the off season with many of the cafés and restaurants not opening during the week, but we were there during the off season.

Superb, a perfect holiday stay for the families

The Property exceeded our expectations, very much worth for the money. Nice facilities, Clean and well maintained rooms, Very friendly staffs, Nice location, Good restaurant etc.. would like to come again :)

The water in the Indoor Pool was very much chlorinated. Would have been much better if had less chemical in it.

We really liked the hotel, spacious apartments, green areas and good indoor pool (open pool with slides was closed). The staff was very nice and helpful. Excellent value for money, we would recomend this hotel.

There was a really small bottle of soap, as well as soap for dishes and paper. The location is a little less convenient if you want to walk in the eastern part of the lake, but excellent if you want to include the western part as well.

Magical place

This place is magical. Everything was beautiful and clean. 2 great pools. Play grounds for the kids. Kids club. Free parking. Large apartment with a stunning view from the balcony, huge garden, very well equipped kitchen. Air-conditioned in each room. The location is app 30 min drive from Sermione and 45min - 1hr to Gardaland. We would like to extend a special appreciation to beautiful Sylvia from the Reception, whose support, recommendations, smile and energy have made us to feel super welcomed and made our stay ever more pleasant.

I liked everything, however some things that you need to know: Mosquito nets are really needed in each window. The breakfast was basic and doesn't worth the money. You should bring your own pool towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc.

Pleasant stay,- not overcrowded which was nice especially around the pool area. Spotty was a great hit👏👏

very friendly staff. when they heard it was our daughter’s birthday they bought a cake and surprised her after dinner where they came in singing and gave her the cake,- very thoughtful of them. There is a big field nearby with goats which was fun for the children also they had pony rides which was great for smaller children👍 Spotty was a hit!

We had to change rooms - it seems Gabbiano wasn’t informed that we from home upgraded our room. I guess this information was never got through from Booking.com? Lots and lots of mosquitoes which was a bit of a hassle.

great location, musty apartment

friendly and helpful staff, comfortable pools with life guard. the entire property is a nice garden!

cleanliness was utterly unacceptable for a 4-star residence. the house had a nasty musty / moldy smell. the floors were dirty and a short walk would blacken feet with dust. cobwebs under every piece of furniture, especially under the tv, where spiderwebs probably took years to grow. in the few days of our stay we killed four *large* spiders. for the first time in the last few years, we considered leaving after the first night. we would consider staying again only if given an apartment in a renovated building.
