The front desk Ashley/Arleene were not professional and very bad customer service. First, they provided an under renovation room. We paid for the reservation but, instead of switching another room, they cancelled our reservation.

The staff was friendly and helpful
The bed was uncomfortable, other guests were noisy, walls are paper thin.guests that looked like gang members with face tattoos were smoking out front. Not a good look, but to be expected for the low price.

Staff was nice.
Hallways look like they haven't been vacuumed or shampooed in years. Comforter on bed had blood on it. The chair hadn't been vacuumed. It had all kinds of stuff in it. There wasn't any shampoo, conditioner, or toothpaste. The room also didn't have a blow dryer or coffee pot. The shower barely had enough water pressure to rinse soap off.

I honestly didn’t pay attention to what came with the room I reserved for me and my family. When I got to the hotel the staff was super nice and helpful that we extended our stay by a week. My family and I slept so comfortably for the first time in a while. We felt safe. The in room kitchen was a plus and the topper was on site laundry room and work out room.

the other people staying there were absolutely obnoxious and inconsiderate. my room was right above the smoking section so I got no sleep the entire night

Spacious room, nice location, walking distance to local shopping and public transportation with direct connection to Metrolink trail etc.
Hollow sounding room.

It was clean
For the amenities that they had for their nightly charge, I should have gone to one of the hotels for $48 a night. The freeway noise was loud. No hair dryer. It was called an extended stay but no dishes because they could not sterilize them (due to covid). Breakfast was coffee , oatmeal or little chocolate donuts. The fan in the room connected to the heater was loud and it had been a smoking room which was my bad because I forgot to ask for a nonsmoking room. The staff was nice until you asked questions then they got a tad defensive which indicates I wasn’t the only one asking. After I turned in my key, the gal indicated that I could not go out through the hotel. When I said that I would have to had to walk all the way around to my car, (it was a rainy night), she begrudgingly got up and let me in so I could exit out the back. I was the only person checking out at that time 5:30 am. I was bummed because I was just looking to kick back and have a cozy evening
