7.0
The food.
The location of the room, too many restrictions, which means you couldn’t relax and the house keeping was not very good. They kept messing up the order with room service, the music at the pool side was not authentic, some staff were friendly but most were not. We were located next to the kitchen, so the extractor fan could be heard 24hrs. This was the worst part of the stay. Air con was good.

The bar by the pool and the restaurant in the hotel is the only good thing I can write about this hotel.
This hotel have mold in the rooms- I did not get back any of my money and I had to stay in the same room for all of my stay. My friend contracted a sinus infection due to staying in the room. It was very uncomfortable and the hotel did not meet our expectations at all! We definitely felt as if our money was fully wasted.

The food at the 24-hour cafe was awful

The buffet Breakfast was excellent every more. Bacon and scramble/boild Eggs every morning, which a rotation of Jamaican food.
The room I stayed in on the 3rd floor did not have a workng fan in the bathroom. I wish the pool stayed open past 5pm. Dinner in the restaurant was pricey

The staff did not reset the tables for next guests, so there were not cups or cutlery on the tables both mornings. The eggs were cold. Not a great selection.

Great location and good breakfast.
Limited dinner menu and you have to book a premier room to get some basic essentials.

Breakfast was excellent each morning, there were always a variety of items to choose from and the taste was great. Staff was excellent, always willing to cater to my needs and comfort. The view from my room on the 9th floor was fantastic.
I was very disappointed with the accommodation. The furniture was old and jaded. The sofa looked dirty and had a few stain marks. The armchair doesn't fit comfortably behind the desk, so the constant rubbing against the front of the desk over the years leaves the desk with an ugly scratch mark all along the front of it, And the a/c is old and doesn't work properly. I adjusted the temperature to 19 degrees but the room temperature never fell below 24.

The food was the same every day, there was variety but we stayed for 14 days so we got a bit tired of the same food

we liked the location, which was convenient. we also liked the view. (We weren’t over the pool or anything like that, but we could see the mountains and that was lovely.)
This was our first time staying at a hotel. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

The staff was very friendly and nice.
The food wasn't that good. I got sick and spent my stay stuck in the room going to the bathroom.
