Lovely friendly place

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room with smart TV. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Lovely pool and gardens. Quiet location but close to all shops and rawai centre. Looking forward to staying again thank you.

Superb

Beautiful garden and pool. Very quiet location. Amazingly kind hostess. We were a 10 min. drive from Rawai beach, which at first we thought was inconvenient. However, because Smile was such a secluded and beautiful spot, we quickly realized that it was perfect for us. We nicknamed the spot the Secret Garden. Also, the lane going to the bungalows was very small and rough. We were not sure what we had gotten into as we wound our way to the resort, but once there, it was a treat. I would also mention that despite the main road being the commercial section of the Muslim neighborhood, lanes leading to the beach went to lovely restaurants and resorts and a beautiful sandy beach, all within a 10 min. walk from Smile.

It would have been nice to have a hot plate or burner to cook breakfast on. Also, a few light bulbs were burned out.

We all enjoyed our stay at Smile House and Pool at Rawai.

A great quiet place to stay. Very clean and serviced daily by Uli and her staff. The Pool and Gardens are magnificent. Some shops and restaurants are close, including a lovely bakery, Thai and Indian food, Mexican and Pizza.

Not actually at Rawai Beach. It's 4Kms away. The beach that's close, about 200m away, is very tidal and shallow. You can't swim there. Good thing is you're not with all the tourists.

Fantastic.

The staff were amazing and very kind. The room was cleaned daily and fresh linen available.The swimming pool was large and clean and the gardens beautiful. The location is great with beautiful beaches very accessible. It is a very peaceful environment. Special thanks to Nuella for taking care of me.

Great place overall. I’d like to stay longer if I could.

Really great place, a complex of detached bungalows with a shared pool, a green well-maintained beautiful garden with birds singing, nice friendly host Nui - she will tell you everything. Property is located inside the block away from noise, to Nai Harn beach - 10 minutes by car, to Rawai beach - 5 minutes. if you don’t want to drive somewhere in the evening, there is a cafe nearby where you can eat, and 7-11. Bungalow has everything you need: AC, fan, fridge, hot water in the shower, set of towels for pool and bathroom, very clean. Highly recommended.

Exceptional

This was the highlight of our trip to Phuket. An entire lovely resort for ourselves, beautiful pool in the middle, garden that is a pleasure to walk in. We've had long conversations with our lovely host about Thailand, how things work here and about the world in general. There were also two lovely doggies, which might not be so important to some, but for us, they were the best! We have so many fond memories of Mimi and Luna. I can highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit Rawai and the surrounding area.

Don't forget to get your motorcycle licence if you want to get around the island!

We are sure that we will spend our next time in Thailand at this place.

We love Nui, Bas and Jum. They have buildt a quiet, green shelter in the middle of this busy island. We have never seen bevor in thailand so a green, clean garden, with so a lot of different kind of birds. There is a great pool, very clea like everythink elsae here. Big rooms and a very big terrace in front of the rooms. The staff is very lovely. If you like, Nui is cooking for you and her food is very delicius. And we love it to have some conversations with Nui. We are sure that we will spend our next time in Thailand at this place.

Best place to have relax hollidays

Quit place day and night. Beautifull garden, lots of flowers and pool to relax. Bungalow & bed very clean. Miss Nui and all staff very nice, do not forget to ask for Nui's fish w tamarine sauce 😊
