Enttäuschung

Gegenwart war der pool das beste

Als wir vor Ort ankamen, waren wir müde und fanden niemanden, der das Telefon entgegennahm. Wir mussten eine Strecke von 8 km zurück fahren, um den Schlüssel zu holen. Als wir die Wohnung betraten, fanden wir sie außerdem sehr schmutzig und wir fanden keine Reinigungsutensilien, was mich zwang, auf den Markt zu gehen und Reinigungsutensilien zu kaufen, und die Möbel im Haus waren sehr alt dieser Vorbehalt war im Vergleich sehr groß.Mit Dienstleistungen und Wohnungsmöbeln Bei der Lieferung musste ich den Schlüssel im Lieferbüro zurückgeben. Das war sehr schlimm Wir waren zwei Familien, die zweite Familie hatte ein zweites Resort gebucht und wir besuchten sie und sahen den großen Unterschied in der Einrichtaung, der Wohnung und den Dienstleistungen. Die Familie erhielt den Schlüssel von der hausmieter und steckte ihn beim Verlassen hinein Das Haus, in dem Wissen, dass der von Ihnen gezahlte Reservierungswert für die beiden Wohnungen derselbe ist Ich hatte gehofft, fünf Sterne zu vergeben, aber mit einer solchen Nachlässigkeit hatte ich nicht gerechnet. Ich habe 1570 Euro für eine alte Wohnung ohne Reinigungsservice und alte Möbel bezahlt. Als ich das Schlüssel zurück gegeben hab, habe ich im Büro bescheid gegeben das der Haus nicht sauber war und es keine putz mittel gab, haben die mir gesagt das sie dafür nichts machen können. Es war leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Spacious balcony. AC included in the price.

Crockery and pots not sufficient in term of number and variety. Same parts of the apartment are worn.

We will back next year.

We came to kayak in the lagoon and Venice. This is a good accommodation for that. We were more than happy that Veronika and I could manage everything in Hungarian.

Booking sent the wrong address to pick up the key, but we fixed the problem it. After we already had the key, the right address arrived from Veronika.

Two minute walk to beach. Two minute walk to small supermarket. Spotlessly clean pool. Quiet area. Bus links great. Easy communication with rental agent.

Basic amenities in apartment but price reflects this.

Beach close by Pool but needs shade or parasols

When we arrived there was no toilet paper whatsoever and the local supermarket was closed. Also no matches for the cooker. There are basic requirements and should be provided. The balcony light was not working and it took 6 days to fix. A plastic balcony chair was broken causing it to collapse and I hit my head off the metal rails. This was reported to the agency the following day but they were unconcerned. I was told it would cost 25 euro to replace this chair even though it was broken before we arrived. Two other chairs were also broken. The booking. Com website indicated that air conditioning was included but the agency said it would cost extra. Out rental car was damaged in the car park by children in other Le Briccole apartments. The pool was clean but there was no shade around it whatsoever. The beach was very close by and convenient. This property has good potential but was let down by the above mentioned points. I would not stay again and would not recommend to friends.
