Wer ein kreatives Umfeld mit engagierten Leuten mag ist hier richtig!

Sehr sympathisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Alles ist sehr durchdacht. Das Frühstück ist aussergewöhnlich, da frisch zubereitet. Sehr kreatives Hotel, das inspiriert. Schöne Dachterrasse mit hoteleigendn Bienenstöcken.

Zum Teil ist die Ausstattung nicht überall hochwertig.

Encontrarnos una bandera Palestina enorme colgada encima de la recepción del hotel. Considero que un hotel no debe involucrarse en temas políticos, no es adecuado! En las habitaciones se oye un poco el ruido de fuera

Geweldig!

Het personeel en de service was echt uitstekend. Wij zijn super goed geholpen met alles en kregen direct informatie zodra wij deze nodig hadden. Wij verbleven in een kamer op de 3e verdieping met balkon, onze kamer was super ruim, de bedden sliepen heerlijk en alles was super hygiënisch! Ontbijt was elke dag vers en heerlijk bereid. Last but not least: de trein en bussen zijn vlakbij, wij hebben alles lopend en met openbaar vervoer gedaan. Ons verblijf 10/10 - hopelijk komen wij ooit nog terug!

Staff gentile, professionale e molto disponibile Colazione molto buona e abbondante La camera molto ampia e pulita

Si dovrebbero aggiungere alcuni dettagli, come gli appendini degli asciugamani in bagno, soprattutto per i teli della doccia, qualche altra presa per la corrente vicino ai comodini

Lovely stay in Bari

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to have someone at reception at all times. Modern design and very easy to get around Bari by foot.

The chairs in the room were not very comfortable to sit in (allover metal grid pattern) so we just spent more time relaxing in the common areas. It might have been nice to have had lounge chairs like the ones in the website pictures. We fully support the anti-plastic policy but perhaps a practical solution could be found for the disposing of wet garbage in the room (used tea leaves, espresso grounds, etc.)?

Beutifull ando comfortable

Atention exquisit! Angelica it's a great host and we feel really confortable, the room it's beautiful☺️ Big and confortable, it's like an art gallery! I find that their approach to sustainability it's a very good initiative.

it would be good to aclare to guests that breakfast is schedule, specially for guest who are taking a Cruise with early check in.

Wish I could've stayed longer

The property is super modern with homey touches making it feel warm while still sleek and up to date. The staff was beyond accommodating and the upstairs rooftop bar was fantastic. The room was super spacious

Zero waster with zero comfort

Location and spacious room

Bed was noisy. Room 14. You should not move in order not to make any noise which is practically impossible. So worst sleep ever. No basic tools like trash in toilet, hangers in bathroom. Zero waste initiative is great but why are there plastic wrapped coffee capsules? Besides glass water bottle was not clean.

Modern hotel in city centre. Recommended.

Modern hotel in a nice city centre area. About 20 mins from train station - but easy to find. Comfortable room - alternative minimalist design - might not be to everyone's taste. Good breakfast. Nice roof terrace to relax in - a nice feature in the middle of the city. Not far from old city - about 15 mins walk.

Wish I had another reason to return to Bari -- just to hang out at Hotel Imago!

The Hotel Imago staff -- I met Antonio, Angelica and Patricia -- are all remarkably kind and generous with their time. I have rarely felt so well taken care of. They not only saw to my needs but also gave me great local travel advice. I was touched by their welcoming nature. PS The breakfast was divine.

My room was large and the bed was great; everything was scrupulously clean and tidy but the whole concept is very minimalist. Don't expect drawers or shelves or hooks or surfaces in the bathroom where you can place your toiletries and such.

The room was huge. Great bed and nice furniture. The hotel is really close to the city center. The hotel dosen't have parking but they gave us directions to a parking garage nearby. Very helpful staff.

Nice stay in beautiful Bari

The hotel was situated in around 15 minutes walk to the main shopping street, old town was also in 15 minutes reachable, the beach is in 45 minutes along the beautiful promenade reachable. We were situated in a big junior suit, it was clean, there were coffee/tee facility in the room. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Our room was facing the wall of other building, in like 2 meter, we were on the 3rd floor, it was not what we expected, the room was a little bit dark. The hotel was presented as 4 stars, we can rate it somewhere as 3 stars.

Everything!!! The staff was amazing , so kind and helpfull. Excellent location,close to the old town. Also the breakfast was very good. I recommend coming to this hotel if you are in Bari.

Disappointing

The staff was very friendly amd the room was very large.

There was a lot of noise from outside, hallways, and the water pipes. Bed was hard and pillows were like sleeping on concrete. It was a long walk to do anything. At least 20 min for sites, train or resturants.

Super friendly & creative staff. Rooms very clean and spacious. The breakfast was more than enough, very fresh fruit and bread.
