Roatan is heaven on earth!

All the people at the desk, and especially Michael made our trip really special! He suggested excellent things to do, and gave great advice! He is a major asset to your company and deserves a promotion or raise💗

We liked that it was clean and the staff was nice

The room that we had was all the way on the top, so there was no elevator. It would have been nice if it was working In the sliding door it was not closing properly.

Affordable and convenient

I like the location, the rooms are spacious, no fanciness but we were comfortable. Will return!

They sold the hotel and it will be more expensive next time we visit

I love the breakfast and the staff were friendly!

We were at the top level floor which had an Awesome view the only thing were the railings for my babies 👶🏻 because they can easily fall down to the ground Because the railings are too spread out and also I wish they can put more furnitures sofas on the living room area on the top floor! Also it will be awesome if they will have laundromat services!

Phenomenal

We loved our stay on the West Bay Beach side of the island at Colonial Inn. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they even let us check into our room early which was nice. They kept the spaces nice and clean for us, including the common areas. Overall a great stay, made our trip a paradise.

Pleasant, accomodating and satisfying.

the breakfast was good and the staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Close to the beach.

The room was sparsely furnished. It could have used a a couple of chairs or even maybe a small sofa. A small desk would be nice too.

There’s room for improvement.

The location was central and close access to the beach and the Placita.

The hotel was okay, breakfast needed more options. Also the rooms could use new towels. Our towels were ripped and bedding had holes. There was no hot water.

Exceptional

First time in Roatan. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and extremely friendly. Every morning the staff went about cleaning the pool and lounge area, preparing breakfast, and our rooms were replenished daily. The location is very convenient and the transportation they arranged to and from the airport was quick, clean, and enjoyable.

great staff poor facilities.

the staff was great, the front desk staff was amazing.

the hotel was very dirty and in poor condition, the elevators were not working on a 6 floor hotel. so we had to carry out luggage for all 6 floors. the breakfast was supper limited.

Back to the rusty past

strategic location

The property is VERY OUTDATED and OLD. The rooms smelled like old and have non functional TVs from 1950. Hot water did not work properly, the bathrooms were rusty the towels were transparent old. for breakfast we had to wait a while for the lady that prepares the food to arrive. the pool was not functional, it was being fixed and the overall aspect of the hotel was not taken care of.

Poor

it’s close to the beach

their is no Bar by the pool, I slept with a mouse in my room the security guard helped me the first night but it never left. I video recorded the whole thing. personally Im terrified of mice and rats! I couldn’t even sleep the last two nights. I didn’t even get offered to be moved to another room. Also the internet does not work at all. you have to sit in the lobby or right outside the lobby to get signal.
