A 3 bedroom south facing apartment with a large sunny roof top solarium located on a popular urbanisation on the outskirts of
Torrevieja.

The property :-
The property is situated in Jardin Del Mar urbanisation which has a mixture of houses, bungalows and apartments. The property benefits from a community pool area with both paved and lawned areas for sunbathing around the pool area.
There are restaurants, bars, shopping centre, supermarket, and an Aqua Park all within walking distance of the property.
The property itself is 3 bedroom, south facing.
You access the property via a gated staircase and enter the lounge dining area. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs. It has a TV with a choice of different nationalities including English TV. There is also a CD/Radio system should you wish to unwind with some music during your stay. You can then access the front balcony from the lounge which is an ideal sun trap. The balcony consists of a modern rattan 2 seater and 2 armchair set with a coffee table and umbrella. Ideal for chilling and relaxing all day. The lounge diner has a dining room table and chairs and also benefits from air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The kitchen area is just of the dining area and benefits from a large fridge freezer, oven hob and extractor along with a washing machine. There is plenty of cupboard space and also an ironing board and iron should the need arise.
Back through the dining area you have a small hallway of which the 3 bedrooms and bathroom all come of.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, 2 bed side cabinets with lamps, mini safe and chair. The master bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a built in wardrobe, bed side cabinet with lamp and a ceiling fan.
The third bedroom has a single kangaroo bed that has another single bed that pulls out from underneath, bedside cabinet with lamp, chest of drawers and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a new walk in shower with glass screen, wash basin, WC and a cupboard containing any spare towels including pool/beach towels which are all provided along with all bed linen free of charge.
Leaving the property back through the lounge area you have a staircase leading up to the roof solarium. As the property is south facing this benefits from the sun most of the day. Again this area has been refurbished and benefits from 4 sun loungers, a large table and chairs seating 6 people, a covered gazebo area should you require a reprieve from the sun and also a stone barbecue ideal for grilling those steaks and relaxing should you wish to stay in.
Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas of the property.
Torrevieja Itself :-
Situated on the southern coast of Spain, in the Costa Blanca region, 40 minutes drive from Alicante Airport and 30 minutes from Murcia (San Javier). The cosmopolitan resort of Torrevieja is surrounded by the largest salt flats in Europe, and the protected parkland in the nearby La Mata is home to several species of birds namely Flaningos, Cranes and Herons.
This micro climate is considered to be one of the healthiest climates in the world. Boasting 320 days a year sunshine it makes Torrevieja an ideal all year round holiday destination. There are numerous sandy blue flag beaches, stretching from La Mata in the north all the way down the coast to the well know sporting resort of La Manga.
La Mata beach has fine sand with a nice promenade. There are plenty of bars and restaurants stretching along the beach with a vary popular central square which hosts lovely bars, restaurants and cafes to enjoy the sun. Torrevieja's best know beach is called Los Locos. Again this area has plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Following along the promenade leading to the harbour you will find many more places to eat. There are many boat trips available down here be it for fishing, touring round the coast in a glass bottom boat or trips to the nearby island of Tabarca.
At the port area there is a craft market open daily right through to late evening. There are also several other markets to choose from locally including La Mata on a Wednesday, Torrevieja on a Friday and Lemon Tree market on a Sunday to name but a few.
There are various shopping outlets in and around Torrevieja. The nearest to the property is Habaneras which is situated next to a large Carrefour. The Habaneras has various well known shops and also hosts restaurants and Cafes on the upper level. A short drive or bus journey takes you to La Zenia. A large outdoor shopping centre with lots of major named shops including Zara, Zara home, primark and many many more. There is often entertainment on in the main square at La Zenia and again there are plenty of places to eat and drink.
Also close to the property is an area called Ozone. Here you will find Ten Pin Bowling, Cinema, KFC, Supermarket and various different places to eat including all you can eat buffets.

Arrived and was met by Jenny (Property Owner ) really friendly easy check in nice apartment with every facility you require. Jenny told me about everything around and how to get to them ( Shops beaches pool etc ) free bottle of cava and all . Enjoyed our stay thank you Jenny

Excellent stay
Everything was there that we needed. A short walk to a bar and choice of restaurants. It has a good community feel to the area. We would definitely want to visit again.

We had a fantastic time the apartment has everything you need and more close to supermarkets restaurants and bars an also 1 minute walk to the pool.
We've booked for next year already.

Our Holiday 2020 during COVID19
We managed to get away during a very difficult time ( COVID-19). We were very lucky to get away at all but feel we did not get the full experience of Torrevieja. Unfortunately it was very quiet and the beautiful communal pool was closed.
Jenny however, the property manager couldn’t do enough for us. Due to the communal pool being closed Jenny compensated us so we could pay to use the Marina bar pool which was nearby. We also received regular updates, advice and guidance from Jenny via text messages with regards to the fast changing Spanish guidelines on COVID-19.

Clean and comfortable apartment, lovely pool
We very much enjoyed spending first two weeks of August in this apartment, which was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped for 5 of us aged 11-69. Lovely shower and very good WiFi. Jenny and Barry were very welcoming, responding quickly to all enquiries and going out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our holiday. Great rooftop terrace, sunshine all day long and we sat up there daily, making use of the sun loungers during the day and BBQ in the evenings. Lovely pool just a one minute walk away, which was a good size and very clean with plenty of sunbathing space. Open all year round from early til late. In high season, this pool was NEVER crowded. This is a residential area so very quiet, but there was a well-stocked, very reasonably priced supermarket about 5 mins walk away. Massive hyper market, shopping centre and a few very nice bars and restaurants within 15 minute walk (walking slowly as weather was SO hot). Aquopolis water park 25 minutes walk away, well worth a day out for kids. Bus every 40 minutes into centre of Torrevieja. Would recommend this apartment for a lazy holiday in the sunshine; would not hesitate to book again for a sunny break at any time of year. We didn’t want to come home! we where so very pleased staying in this loverly apartment very spacious for 4 adults all the rooms where brilliant and the shower first class the whole apartment was really modern and the owners jennie and barry they made sure that we was happy with our holiday with helping to tell us all the information that we requied
