The staff are great! They go out of their way to assist us.

The staff were considerate. They informed me immediately when i booked that the triple room i got was located at the 3rd floor and they hotel doesnt have an elevator. I appreciated the gesture and thoughtfulness because i was travelling with a senior citizen so i was able to change my booking to a room located at the ground floor. The Queen Exec Suite is perfect for a group of 3, with an extra bed.

The bathroom tiles were slippery. i suggest you provide a removable rubber mat especially at the shower area. No in house restaurant. If you need to eat after bfast has been served, make sure you have a food delivery app to buy your food. Nearest restos are 5 min walk from the property They do have 24H limited beverage service (bottled water, juice and a few alcoholic beverages)

The only downside is the hotel does not have a lift. Not fit for senior guests. But all in all, it is ok.

We enjoyed our entire stay at the hotel. It is very comfortable and clean.

Good location and easy to find. Near the coffee shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and courteous. Bed is very comfortable and very clean. Well lighted place and with hot and cold water in the lobby. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Breakfast is really good and many options.

Hotel is not recommended for senior citizens with knee problems, atritis and gout because the hotel has no elevator.

Definitely coming back.

The breakfast was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. The room is clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for us because we avoided the traffic from peñafrancia. We owe our Mom's life to the staff of El Sancho. The assist they gave us was amazing. She had to be sent to the ER in BMC and everybody knew what to do and how to to respond. Thank you El Sancho. We'll be coming back.

We weren't expecting the hotel to have no elevator so my Mom who was not 100% at the time struggled to go up and the down the stairs that's slightly steep. It would be very helpful to be informed next time that our rooms would not be appropriate for elderlies.

At. My room it’s ok no problem. But a little not satisfied of my companion s room.

Very good and comfortable. Ilke it. Attentive staff.but no view for our room. No balcony. I expect my room have a balcony or veranda.

My other room that occupied of my friends have no refrigerator. The rate of this room same to the room of my room niece.the staff didn’t tell us the room was no refrigerator.my friend thought that is usual and same to the other room. And when I told it to the front desk ,apologized only and the refrigerator of that room was need to fix that’s why they need to pull out. Disgusting..they did not inform me on check In time.

The staff were so nice, very polite and attentive to their guests' needs, everything in the room was and we're provided with necessary hygiene kits and the room was spacious. the plated breakfast was what we liked most, if we requested it be served early like 6AM it'll be served to your room right on time. Location wise, it's so accessible to many restaurants!! We got lucky on tis booking, price was mid ranged but facilities and service were superb!!!

Cam barely say we had anything we didn't like,maybe the lack of elevator but since it's a 3 storey building I think having no elevator is just ok.

Good value for money and best location in Naga.

The location is the best! Near the Magsasay street, famous food street in Naga.

It doesn’t have an elevator. Climbing the stairs is manageable but it’s incovenient if you have a lot of baggages. Good thing is that the hotel staff will help you to carry your things.

Clean and nice, good location, friendly personal

Air conditioner was so loudly but without that was room quickly so hot. We heard neighbors talking and laughing and dogs did barking. Not quiet place but if you don't have romantic time then just good for travelers.

Excellent and outstanding accommodation!

Everything about my stay here in El Sancho was perfect. From the hotel and the room setup, to the facilities used, to the hospitality and service of the staff and the breakfast that was served, everything here exceeded my expectations. The beds, pillows, and blankets were really clean and comfy. The bathroom was beautifully designed and the toiletries are of excellent quality. El Sancho is definitely a recommend and will definitely come back when given a chance! You are really getting your money's worth!

Exceptional

Great central location we stayed at El Sancho Hotel for a night for Christmas Eve. We really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room is nice a very convenient one. I recommend to add this place to your list for your staycation when you visit the Queen City of Bicol.
