Perfect for a relaxing all-inclusive short break. We were there in October and the pool areas, which are lovely, were still busy. There is access to the sea though the beach itself is quite stony. The buffet food at the resort is good quality and provided enough variety during the three days we were there that we didn't feel the need to book one of the a la carte restaurants. The hotel offers a bus trip to Cefalu and the town is most definitely worth visiting - you will ant to spend longer than the bus times suggest!

Excellent hotel, lovely staff. Shame we only stayed 4 nights as didn’t get full use of facilities and wanted to travel around Sicily so didn’t use much so was a waste really. All inclusive was good

The hotel was good .room was clean .the pool by the beach was mouldy and I would not go in .entertainment very repetitive piano bar same songs every night very boring .I have been all around the world in all inclusive and never known not to Able to get any cocktail on the all inclusive .very bad to not get all inclusive learn from the Mexicans

Dining options extremely limited. Although multiple insite restaurants are advertised they are not open every night, they can’t be booked in advance but only when you check in. We request reservations immediately upon checking in to find every restaurant was fully booked and only the buffet was open. The buffet was extremely poor and we had to upgrade to be able to get on a waiting list for the restaurants.

The walls are super thin… very noisy resort… if you want to sleep in or get any rest during the day or before 2am forget it… food is pretty good… good luck making a reservation at the nicer restaurants unless you upgrade to $60/day… here’s the kicker you have to upgrade for a minimum of 3 days… not exactly all inclusive as advertised. I’d definitely go with a adults only resort in the future where kids aren’t slamming doors constantly

We had a fantastic time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were great and the food was delicious. A big thank you to Giuliano from Kefatur who gave us lots of information and helped us with things like where to park, what to see and do!

We've just got back from a great family holiday at the Palladium Resort & Spa Sicily. We chose to stay at the hotel each day and enjoy the sun, pool with the children rather than venture out and the resort offered us a good mix of both relaxing by the pool and extra activities for the children. The kids club and area was great for our youngest and our eldest also enjoyed a few hours there making the most of the art supplies.
If you would like to eat at one of the other restaurants on site you do need to be quick to book on arrival. However we found the buffet restaurant worked well for us with the children and with a different themed night each evening we didn't feel we missed out not eating at the other venues.
Thank you to all the staff for being happy as well as helpful.
The holiday was just what we needed and we would highly recommend the resort !!

The property is clean and the grounds are well maintained. It was beautiful all around and there are many paved paths to walk around the whole property. The staff was very polite, professional, and accommodating. The quality of the prepared food wasn't good in my opinion, but I think that may be because I'm American and have different taste in food. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and clean, loved the included mini-bar and provided 3 bottled waters daily. Overall I was very happy with our stay and will likely return!

The hotel property was great for families and group of friends. It is an all inclusive resort and you don’t have to worry about paying for drinks, snacks or where to eat. All you have to do is reserve your restaurant of choice. There’s a sports bar open until 2am for late drinks and bar food. Multiple adult pools and a Kids Club for them to play and enjoy their own area. The rooms were cleaned everyday and everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Only about 12-15min from Cefalú! A beautiful coastal little city in Sicily but a bit busy for us and it was fun to go back to our resort and enjoy the amenities and beautiful views.

We went on a family holiday here. We had an absolutely lovely time. All the staff were amazing, the food was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly. My kids keep saying they can’t wait to go back!
We’re vegetarian and there were plenty of vegetarian options for us.

Stayed for 5 days for my husbands 40th. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. Room was ready for an early check in and they allowed us to stay in the room later for no extra charge. We were given complimentary cake and Prosecco for my husbands birthday and the staff sung happy birthday to him at dinner! The food was amazing with so much variety especially the a la carte restaurants! Really really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Older large hotel but freshly renovated. Nice white bright rooms, immaculate (Sandra!). The main restaurant is OK, but Porto Fino is fabulous (thanks to friendly waiters, esp. H). Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Lovely beach, but lots of pebbles. Two pools, very nice and clean. The spa is fabulous. Elisa is an excellent massage therapist, gentle but strong and targeted if needed!

Dining options and times weren’t the best. Would like options to get food and room service at all times and a more varied menu. Otherwise I enjoyed our stay at the resort.

Amazing property on seaside about one hour east of Palermo; hotel prearranged pick up and drop off from airport; hotel property was beautiful; buffet menu and service three times a day was excellent; every staff member was courteous and helpful; rooms were looking new and nicely arranged; spa and exercise room were excellent; beautiful place to rest and relax;

The entire staff at the sports bar is amazing. I’ve enjoyed their drinks and food especially when i was jet lagged coming from the states. The Buffett is wonderful and I’m still thinking of the endless pasta. Take some time to enjoy the beach if you can as well as taking advantage of their spa services!

We came to Grand Palladium Sicily for our honeymoon. Everyone was very nice and friendly since we arrived. They were nice enought to give us the bracelete around 1 pm as we arrived around 11:30ish am we were able to have lunch while we waited for our room that was ready at 2:30. We also got a welcome gift as we were on our honeymoon. Everyone at the resort is very friendly. Antonino was amazing at the bar, making the best drinks ever. Always surprising us with a new deliciuos drink. Fabritzio and Salvatore were really nice and Eliana. Everyone at the bars were amazing. Same as Nunzio in the Extra Time bar and our waiter Tonino too he was great!!!! Everyone at the restaurants were very nice too. We took a bus to Cefalu (a beach /town ) 20 min from the hotel only 10 euros roundtrip per person. It was so worth it. Beautiful sandy beach with clear water. Very nice town. Entertainment people were very friendly. We are hoping to come back with our baby next time!!! Thank u so much to Irene for always reply to our emails right away and to Federica who made sure we were taking care of. Thank u to everyone at Palladium, sorry if i dont remember all the names.

100% safe car parking, decent food and only £50-odd a night inc dinner B&B takes a bit of beating. Definitley on the list of places well use again when we visit this area for work.

Staff where very helpful and the food was amazing. Rooms were clean. The beach was unfortunately pebbly but they did supply a foot bridge to get into the water.

Very nice hotel with a beautifull garden and nice facilities. Great lunches and dinners, but a bit poor choice for breakfasts. No soft cheeses like ricotta and mozarella, no choice of a diary products (yogurts). The yogurt drink is not an alternative. It is hard to stay for a week without diary products, people usually consume for breakfast. We didnt have a chance to try a proper Italian coffee nether for breakfast, nor from the bar. WiFi is available in the lobby only. It is exremely overloaded and is hardly usable. It would be nice to have on offer paid for alternative with the better connection speed.

Hotel was beauiful as was our room. Pools were both lovely. Food was good but lacked variety day to day. Scenery from hotel was stunning, and beach behind hotel well combed considering its a stony beach. The only problem we came across was that it is not easy to get out from the hotel and see more of the island- they have excursions available but in our experience these were not easy to obtain. There are also two buses, one to palermo which comes at 8.10, but returns at 12.45, and considering travel time, this does not leave much time there. They also have a bus to Cefalu which leaves at 9, and has 2 buses returning, either at 12.15 or 18.00. Both places I would recommend visiting, Cefalu is a beautiful place and Palermo has good things to visit. Overall I would definitely recommend it, but if you wish to see more of the island you may find it slightly difficult but not impossible. Staff in the hotel are all lovely and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

Great resort facility, lots of activities, great buffet, and buses to go to nearby attractions.A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.Only downside was no wifi in the room, but minor because you will spend most of the time outside.

Had a great stay at this hotel and was particularly pleased the meals served in the resaurant more than met myexpectations and represented good value for money. The drinks in the bar were over priced though.Main pool was excellent and the entertainment staff certainly kept my teenage daughter busy, who now wont stop dancing Salsa!

Lovely hotel close to the beach. Great facilities although very, very difficult for a person with limited mobility to get around due to the number of steps to get anywhere within the complex. Although they state that its disabled friendly in that they have adapted rooms available, getting around is much more difficult.
2.0
The pool was nice. Did not appreciate that EVERYTHING was extra; internet, pool towel, water. With all of the great places to eat in the area, would prefer that you did not have to purchase any board. Although there was a lot of variety for the breakfasts/dinners, many items were not refilled after the first hour, even though the meals were schedule for 2 hours. And A/C was at the discretion of the resort, to be turned on only in the evening for a few hours. Didnt matter, as it didnt work in out room anyway.
