Great place to stay. Good exercise facilities and pools. Walking distance through a park to the beach. Grocery shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

A wonderful house. Nice roof pool, wonderful spa and sauna and a lovely fitness. Incredible breakfast. Polite people. And a huge stylish room. Some management problems: No explanation that there are bath shoes. No offer of the Wörthersee card, no explanation of the house. When you where asking they were very helpful. And I have to pay the breakfast on the same day because I did not give them my credit card at the check in. Why wasn't it possible to add it to my room. And I got a room for a disable person (that they have one I found extraordinary, but sitting on the toilet without touching the ground was not ok ). And it seems that I got the last room. I asked for a quiet room, but this wasn't possible to get one. During 4 nights the bedding never have been changed, which was no problem for me but to see each day the same torn pillow makes me wondering why they didn't change it. In summery it has been 4,5 stars, but sorry I could not give 5stars.

Nice (large) hotel. The main reason of my visit was their outside pool. But … very limited opening hours. So no outside swimming possibility.That was not communicated very well.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is quite close to the city and has a free spa and a pool just the breakfast was a bit expensive. Overall, a good place to stay

Rooms were large by European standards, it was clean and bright. Good acess to Lake Worthersee, a 25 m swimming pool, large weight room, and a great restaurant. Overall, a fabulous place to stay.

It’s a nice business hotel, not really suitable for family trips but ok for one day. Facilities are rather equipped to suit for sporting activities. Gym is phenomenal, pools are also nice, location is great.

Minus: Internet too slow, TV placed too low (wall-mounting recommanded), rooms too hot, AC could not reduce room temperatur efficiently at night, after a while started AC to rattle, too small wardrobe, Plus: great park area for running and walking as well as exploring the lake area, great spa, good small gym, nice hotel restaurant, good food, nice staff, in all a is a visit recommanded except for issues mentioned above.

Beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you so much for the birthday note and the fruits! Unfortunately The pool was closed, but the hotel gave 50% off from the nearby beach ticket. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Excellent breakfast and fitness center. Near the lake for nice walks in the evening. Only thing is if you need to be near the center of town, it is not ideal. It would be a very long walk or a short taxi ride. I use Corinthia-Transfers.com. They will take you anywhere you want to go in town for only $15 Euros. Otherwise, when I go to Klagenfurt, I always try to stay at the SeePark Hotel. Very nice.

Everything ok. The spa is quite small but very comfortable, it would be great if the water of the pool would be a little bit warmer. The breakfast is very rich and it seems right since is not cheap for sure. The room are large, comfortable and clean. Heating and ventilation system can be regulated.

Great hotel with great amenities. I come here more often for business and appreciate the restaurant, spa, room and breakfast. It’s all great value for money. Well worth the extra cost.

This was my 2nd stay at the hotel. The positive things are that the property is beautiful, the room was comfortable, you can walk to the lake, and you can walk to multiple bus stops that take you downtown in minutes.The bad deal breakers:1 - staff doesnt tell guests about deals they have with partners at the lake/beach2 - breakfast is good, but expensive3 - restaurant staff are difficult to find & not around when you need them4 - you have to fight to get parking. If you get a spot, dont give it up, take the bus5 - On day 2 we left a sign on the door asking for the room to be made. We left at 10am and returned at 15:30 to find the room had not been made, so we had to call down for new towels6 - on day 3 we put up the do not disturb sign so we could take an afternoon nap. Hotel staff woke us up calling on the phone to ask if we wanted the room made, which ignored the Do Not Disturb sign we deliberately hung on the door.I stay at a lot of hotels across Europe and in Austria for work and pleasure. This hotel drops the balls on service and that is something that you just cant forget. It will be my last stay at this hotel. My next time in Klagenfurt an Woertersee, Ill stay somewhere else.

I was not notified prior to check in or at check in that a major event was scheduled at the hotel during my stay. The hotel told me about it the day of the event, but told me they could not change my room because they were full. My room was directly above the event, which was very loud with noise and my room shook until 3 am. I was unable to sleep that night due to the noise and being upset that I could not move rooms. Upon checkout, I let the hotel know about my bad experience. The hotel manager reached out to me, which I appreciated, but his comments to me showed that, unfortunately, the hotel was unwilling to take responsibility for the bad experience as well as to make a gesture of goodwill to make up for it. The comment I got from the hotel manager was the following: We are very sorry that you were disturbed by the event at GIG Bar last Saturday. We have also forwarded your message to the operators of the bar. Of course we can understand that you didnt feel comfortable in the end.

Nice styel hotel but. No coffee machine and tea facility. a little bit complicated process for checking in by signing many papers . Checking in at 4 pm. And I am so sure that the rooms was ready when we are there by 2 pm. Coz all keys was prepared but one of the staff she was not friendly

Attended for a conference. Room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Restaurant was pretty good. Hotel bar was excellent, but too many people smoking. Sauna facilities excellent, pool too small to do meaningful exercise, but clean and well-maintained.

Large parking area. Easy access from highway. Beautiful location. Close to city center. Great large rooms with great view of lake. Great breakfast. Also had a fabulous dinner.
