The hotel was closed down thanks for nothing

OK for the price, good position, close to everything.

For the price, the hotel is ok. But on the first day, i was greeted with few centipede. Being asian n seeing the size, it is not a problem.
However, my room was the first room near the cafe. I dont know whether it is the guest or the worker who were hanging out at the cafe and chattering loudly in wee hours (1am-3am). Most probably will only come back if this is my last resort.

I have been to Bali many times since the eighties and have started stayi here the past five or so years. It is a 15 minute from Kuta beach, a 5 minute walk to Matahari department store and restaurants. It is a basic guesthouse, but they will clean it every day if you want and leave 2 bottles of water. If you don't want them to clean it they won't, like so many other insist on doing. They will get you a GRAB cab, they cost peanuts and are cheaper than uber etc if you need one, which cost a fraction of what a taxi charges. Not that I want to be cheap here, but they insist on getting you one. Look, when I got with friends I will probably go to the Secret Garden Inn,it has a pool, but on my own this place suits me perfectly. It has cable, about 5 movie channels and 3 sport, + rugger on setanta if you're that way inclined. And there's a horror channel too. But I have to say this last holiday was different. I went for 4 weeks, and for the past ten days have been holed up in the room with a dislocated kneecap. They did everything for me, got me coffee, food etc from the shop across the road, given the pain I was in. When I continually tried to give them money they didn't want to take it. It may not be the Hilton, but I will never forget what these people did for me when it mattered. I'll probably be back there in June. On the day my accident happened, they moved everything down from my second floor room, which was very quiet, to a ground floor room, noisy, but my knee preferred it.

Amazing staff and great room for price

Quite good for the place. Room service nice. Some facilities such as breakfast will be good.

Poor facilities and information.
Staff not helpful.
Value for money, especially long stay guest.

Nice location and friendly staff. The room is fair clean and the bed is comfortable, but the bed sheet has little dirts and the door of restroom had been broken and not functioning well. I think they can fix it, it is more better for customers.

We booked a three bed room but we got a room for two. And we had to pay for an extra bed and the staff was very rude. Very dirty / smelly rooms. The location is also very bad (dark alley far from stores and restaurants). Wouldn't set my foot here again

Took 3 rooms, condition of bathrooms poor, very little natural light. One room with no window, which smelled of sewerage, presumably blocked drain. Good bed and wifi. Moved into another motel around the corner which had much better facilities

Good price / quality level!

The place was convenience but the staffs were very cold to us

Was just a short stay as had to wait for flight so were there only a few hours. But the room was not advertised correctly in Expedia as it stated it was 52 sq meters and it was more like 20. So that was a disappointment. Room very dismal with marks on walls. No window. There were 2 hugh cockroaches in the bathroom when we arrived and we had to get staff to remove them.

Great location. close walk 5 mins to beach. excellent value for money. no problems at all, very safe, reception very warm and sorted out any needs we may have had such as taxis to airport, navigating around kuta and things to do etc. I would definatly come back to stay here again.

We arrived late because we were coming from Java and had only booked one night as we had an early flight the next morning from the the Denpasar airport (great place to stay if you need early short transport to the airport, only 20 minutes and 45,000 Rupiah by metered taxi) But the man checking us in was asking us why we were staying here, seemingly like he didnt want us there or was annoyed we were checking in so late and leaving so early (maybe wanted us to stay more nights {upsell?} and/or wanted us to buy into the 15,000 rp breakfast) either way, he made us feel a little put off and unwanted. Other than that the room was big enough for sleeping and showering which is really all we needed before our flight in the morning. We walked down to the sports bar/restaurant and ended up walking right into their 10pm happy hour which was nice, had some delicious nachos and clam chowder and called it a night about 11pm, The hotel is 5 minute walking distance from a main strip in Kuta, lots of shops, restaurants, ATMs, bars, etc. Would recommend for a short stay but not for any longer than two nights.

Everything I needed at the right price. Could of had a better bathroom though. I bit compact but value was hard to beat.

It was a basic hotel that had everything you needed; A/c, fridge, TV with Foxtel, kettle, Bali coffee, tea, sugar, (no milk was available though) complimentary water bottle per day, extra towels, if you requested it. Night staff member Stanley was very happy to help with requests and had a lovely friendly personality. Day staff was not very good with English so I avoided organising anything with her and preferred to wait for Stanley to be back on. Was a bit put off when we first arrived to find a towel with a big hole in it, however extra towels requested were of better condition. Cleaning was passable on arrival. Room was not re-cleaned in the 5 days we were there. (Not sure if we needed to request it but we didn't mind as we were hardly there). Ensuite was quite small but again good enough to serve it's purpose. Great hotel if you're looking for something cheap to use for showering and sleeping, and plan to be out exploring Bali most of your days. A restaurant was being built while I was there and was going to be ready about 2 weeks after I left. This would improve things as you would then have an option to have breakfast there instead of going out to find somewhere to eat. Also, WiFi was available but as with most of Bali was a weak connection and I found it was stronger if I stood near my door. It was enough though to keep me connected to family and friends back home through facebook. We were able to walk everywhere in Kuta from there too.

mostly im satisfied, perhaps they can provide more access wireless from room, because we have to get the wireless outside the hotel lobby

Well, I really like this guest house, it was really good. I staied for 3 nights. And the only thing is the wifi a bit slow and tower smells not good, but at least you know, they have a big and clean tower for me;)

Within 5 minutes walk to Matahari Supermarket and Kuta Square. Within 10 minutes walk to Kuta Art Market and Kuta Beach. Within 15 minutes walk to Hard Rock Cafe. English of Staffs were not good so we had a hard time communicating.

The room was worth the price

We wanted a cheap hotel and we got it. There was no safe in the room, no daily water, no daily room cleans etc (however, you could request them), no pool, and no breakfast BUT it was really cheap, in a great location, and the staff were friendly and helpful when required. Overall, we were satisfied with our accomodation but I would only recommend to those who aren't afraid of less than 3 star quality.

The gentleman who works in the evenings (Andy) was very helpful and knew the most english. The ladies in the morning, did not know as much english or information about the surrounding area. Overall, the stay was great, the rooms were clean, and the kitchenette facilities are in the room and useable. I would definitely recommend this guest house to others!

For me, this was a practical hotel close to the airport. The staff that spoke English were engaging, those that didn't tried really hard and no-one let me down. 4.15am wake up call, 4.30am taxi. Centrally located, hassle free.

We, 3 family members, have stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed being in prime locality with access to all that you need. It had a mini kitchen which we didn't expect and this added to our joy of vacation.
