Simply amazing!

Perfect hotel with an amazing architecture. Great service and delicious menu from two amazing restaurants. SPA makes the difference with wholesome experience.

Had a great time in here and the customer service was absolutely great.

We enjoyed the gardenia and also the views from the hotel balcony. Also the All inclusive was great!

Our rooms bathtub was a bit loose and if we went to bath the floor flood and it was very slippery.

We would not go back as attention to the customer is very poor.

The food was amazing and some staff members were lovely

They hotel is rated 5 star but we didn’t find that ourselves. The attention to detail was not there. We found some of the staff at breakfast very rude and one girl in particular had such an awful attitude she actually ignored us on 3 occasions when we asked for coffee. Other guests who were Albanian said that the girl was very rude and they also said we were very polite as we were beginning to think it may be us!! We did also want to comment on the lack of readiness for our arrival. The hotel seemed like it was not ready?? The receptionist had told us their busy time would start in June but we felt we were paying to stay in a 5Star hotel so the service should have been a lot better. There is a disconnect between the buildings of Flowers hotel too. You had waiters standing around not offering food or drink when sitting in the hotel. We felt a lot of the staff had thought they were more important than the clientele leaving us sitting without drinks or coming over to the tables asking if we wanted anything and never attentive to the customers. Overall we had lovely Selim who was always helpful and attentive, the wonderful Jess who was the beauty therapist and our cleaner who greeted us with a sincere smile every morning. Most of the reception staff at Flowers Hotel. The Brutal (meat) restaurant food was amazing. But again no attentiveness to the paying customers. The food did not arrive together so we were left with some of the food cold and some warm and some staff members were very rude with an importance of themselves rather than the customer.

We had a relaxing 3 day retreat at Flower Hotels.

Good location and a fantastic serene indoor heated pool with jacuzzi.

An annoying bathroom door.

Interesting.

There were real live plants in the room which, I think, is quite uncommon and quite lovely.

The staff were a bit ditzy. The incessant, intrusively loud, bad music in all common areas was horrendous. The hotel was also spilt over two properties which was unexpected. The evening menu was quite singular.

Stuff didnt took the word. Due to our trip was earlier than the breakfast we talk to the stuff if they could provided us a lunchbox. They told yes but in the morning nothing was ready

Perfectly fine but not 5 star and the photos are not entirely accurate

This hotel is quite good but not worth the money we paid. The hotel is made up of two parts - a new part and an old part. Most of the photos online are of the new part, but we were allocated a room in the old part. I, therefore, can't speak to the standard of the new part but assume it must be a bit better. It says 5 star but I would grade our experience as more of a 3 star. The location is great and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room and hotel seemed clean and the Brutal restaurant was very good (not included in stay).

The breakfast is quite low quality, there is no duvet (just a sheet, presumably to discourage use of Air-con), there is only one iron in the building, there is no gym and the Wifi signal in our room was nearly non-existent. The room was clean but quite dated. None of this stuff is awful, but it just adds up to an experience that isn't 5 star and I think the photos on Booking.com are a bit flattering. It would be fine if it was really cheap, but it was close to UK prices, which is very high for Albania

Diversified, but same breakfast every morning (even the same ham) Lack of atention for the details (broken plates) Bit of noise at night because of the music in the garden The personelle did not clean at the pool, the trash that other tourists left behind (ashtrays, chips...)

Good stay

The staff was really friendly but many of them weren’t really good informed about the hotel conditions, food etc. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast were really delicious.

It was overpriced. The sheets were a bit dirty - nothing big, but for the price we didn’t feel comfortable. The checkout was difficult and took some time. We definitely had no sea view and it was a bit noisy.
