It's a fine place to stay for a few nights. It is still a 15-20 minutes drive to Polanco area due to traffic. The facility itself is clean and the A/C and wifi works well.

Interesting spot, stayed twice in a week on business travel and got two different rooms at the same price level but with different amenities. Was fairly noisy with a stairwell nearby and the second room had floor to ceiling windows that made it conspicuously non-private after dark (seriously). Was nice for a hotel in CDMX but not excellent.

Very good location, very friendly staff. They did not respect an upgrade that we paid days before our stay, you can hear noise from the room above, the safe box didn't work, they didn't have batteries in the air conditioning controls

THIS IS A FABULOUS PLACE TO STAY!!!! The facilities were outstanding! The room was SPACIOUS ! They restocked the water everyday. It was wonderful having a sitting area. There was a lovely cafe next door and a Starbucks downstairs. The mattress was stellar! The bathroom large. The neighborhood is excellent! Restaurants, cafes, trees and a park.

This hotel was perfect for me. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/utensils and had a mini-fridge and microwave. The rooftop deck is peaceful and inviting. The neighborhood felt very safe and there were several restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. The Starbuck in the lobby was a convenient way to grab a couple bottles of water or cup of coffee. I didn't have any needs during my stay, but all staff that I encountered were pleasant and helpful. The only caveat I have is that the room can feel a bit dark. The rooms all face an atrium, so even though there are floor-to-ceiling windows, you are looking directly into other hotel rooms. I kept the blinds drawn most of the time for privacy which limited the amount of natural light coming in. Overall, it was a lovely visit and I would definitely stay again.

Great stay friendly staff, very helpful! Added an extra day last minute and was hassle free. Convenient Starbucks out front. Constant security at front desk. Cute local coffee shops, restaurants within walking distance. Offered a crib for my toddler. Would definitely stay here again.

AR218 is a really nice, clean, convenient, spacious hotel in a great location amongst the lush streets of Condesa. Check in went smooth and communication was easy with hotel. The room was large, quiet, comfortable, and the hotel was super easy to enter and exit daily during my stay. The location is in a relatively quiet area of Condesa within walking distance to many bars and restaurants and shops as well as the beautiful walking baths on some of the boulevards. The value of AR218 along with the great location, quality of stay, and ease of staying there (along with very reasonable rates) make this a great place to base you adventures in Mexico City!

This hotel is located in the perfect location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Parque Mexico is within a couple of blocks within the hotel and I would walk to it almost every night. Very walkable neighborhood and lots of cute coffee cafes. This property did not disappoint its VERY clean, I had no issues with my stay.

The property is charming; the room is well-furnished Yet, I could not sleep well any of the five nights. The walls must be made of paper, as you can hear every movement from the corridors and other rooms. I even woke up to someone else alarm. not returning

Everything was amazing. Rooms are extra rooming. Only 2 minor things that could’ve made our stay 100% No iron or ironing board. The Printer in business center wasn’t working. Low ink cartridge. Other than that. Place and location are great!

Easy check in and check out. Very friendly staff. The only issue was that we reserved a family suite that could sleep 6 people but the hotel details did not clearly communicate that the rooms would be adjacent and separated. The impression the booking gave us was inaccurate and seemed somewhat of an unfortunate inconvenience considering we all wanted to be together since it looked like it was one big suite initially. Would have been nice to know this info in advance! Other than that, everything else was fine. I would stay here again :)
