Hotel is well-located, and as advertised. The free welcome drink was a nice touch. Front desk staff super helpful and friendly (thank you). Thought it was a little cheeky to charge for parking and on check out, I was asked to pay 35 Euros for a dinner I didn't have in the bar - not sure what happened there, but it was all resolved easily.
Great staff - thank you.

This is a hotel that aims to be cool and current. It is in a convenient location, not too far from the main places of interest. The staff are very friendly and the neighbourhood is good. Our room was a little small, but perfectly organised. A good place to stay if you prefer being a little out of the very centre of Toulouse.

We loved how close we were to restaurants and transport

A very nice hotel, helpful reception staff. Very clean room. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed. No bedbugs (I was there at a time that this was a big deal in the media). Breakfast was great with lots of delicious options. They offer bike hire and storage which I didn't use but is a nice touch

Stayed for my Wife's 30th birthday and had an amazing time at Hotel de Brienne. Slept really well and junior suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, plenty of choice and all regularly topped up. Would definitely return!

Modern and beautifully appointed. Garage parking convenient though challenging!

Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Good place to stay for the night. Room had great dark control at night. Breakfast buffet was very nice, with fresh squeezed orange juice and a variety of local products to try.

Room was very modern and look just remodeled.
Small by American standards, but plenty enough for what I needed.

Small room and bathroom, clean and quiet. Nice decoration. Tea maker and fridge. Very good towels. Comfy mattress and pillows. Good wifi. Parking lot on-site with a fee. Friendly staff. 15-20min walk to the city centre. Grocery is just one block away.

Friendly service, especially the day shift. The rooms are very small, so if you're traveling with luggage, it can be crammed. The hotel is located near a canal but the Capitol and center of town are about 10 min by car (taxi).

The hotel looks good, perfect walking distance to the center.
Great personnel at the reception. Don’t know how to say that though. We got a room which was clearly used, when we entered we weren’t sure there is somebody in bed ;-) the personnel at the reception apologized and managed a new room for us right away. They are so friendly.
There was one towel in the new hotel room. we got one after calling right away. Thanks for that.
The surprise was the first towel which was Nicky folded but dirty with some brown spots .. let say we hope it’s coffee since we used it and discovered that later. I think that the cleaning department is not doing it’s job well while the reception has to manage.
Our thanks go to the reception ladies who were very kind to us. But for the rest ... hmmm

The hotel is well positioned, a 15 minute walk to the centre and close to a number of nice bars and restaurants.
We had booked a junior suite, located on the top floor overlooking the city and the Basilique Saint-Sernin. The hotel is listed as possessing four stars, however in its current condition, it just about manages three.
Upon arriving at our room, we noticed only one glass on the desk beneath the TV. We soon located the other one which was on the balcony, full of cigaret ends and a liquid of some kind. It smelt really bad and we called reception who eventually, after being chased a second time, sent someone to deal with it.
Cleanliness really was an issue with cobwebs along the ceiling of the loo, which is located separately from the shower room, the latter smelling heavily of damp due to poor ventilation. The balcony safety rail was hanging off and the plaster on the balcony wall was falling away.
The room layout also left something to be desired with the TV mounted on the wall in such a way that it was not visible from the bed.
This hotel has seen better days and despite a cool, quirky interior on the ground floor, it falls short on multiple counts. We would not stay here again.

great location. elegant minimalist design. very clean.

This boutique hotel is located near the Canal de Brienne, a 20 minute walk away from the Capitole. It was a one minute walk to the Carrefour Express and 2 minutes to the excellent Restaurant Le Chevillard which was recommended by the front desk.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean but rather small with dark decor. It was a back room and very quiet. The breakfast was good. If you come by car I recommend you park just before reaching the front door to unload, as their car park is before the entrance and on a one way street. The descent to the locked car park is very narrow and the car park tiny. However it is safe.

Coffee and tea making facilities in room. Clean and very modern. Shower worked fine. Good location just outside centre near Canal de Brienne but not noisy. Good breakfast options and decent sized room to eat in.

The location is a way from city center.

No baby changing table

We received a very warm welcome from the friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, always with a smile. Breakfast was excellent, even with gluten free options. The modern style of the hotel was refreshing and location good for exploring the old town of Toulouse all within walking distance.

Convenient location. Good size rooms. Good condition and great staff. Breakfast is very complete.

A very trendy boutique hotel with some strange decorative touches. Our junior suite was spacious and we particularly enjoyed the little terrace.
The desk staff actually look up if you "Bonjour" them, otherwise there is no interaction.
There is a huge dining room that didn't seem to get used unless you cough up €15 for breakfast. None of the common areas seemed very welcoming and were always empty.
The location is mostly residential. There seemed to be quite a few restaurants around, but they were never open and we actually had to go to McDonald's for coffee. There were lots of subway and bus stops as well as a very convenient bus to the airport a couple of blocks away.

Good hotel around 15 mins to City Centre. Very noisy road and traffic passing all night. Ask for room at back of hotel.

Very dissapointed with the service provided.Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for a very special occasion and it turned into a not nice experience. There wasn't hot water with we have not been informed or apologised about, no air conditioning, stuff at the reception weren't friendly. I don't think it was fair paying for the service I didn't get unfortunately I will not be going back.

I recommend the Hotel. The only "deduction" is the small room. For two persons and a longer stay definitely too small.
1.3
Short walk into town but far enough away from any noise. Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Hotel has a good car park, however, if you car has low ground clearance, take great care not to ground it on the way in. Handy convenience store close by and a nice restaurant at the end of the street.

Bad location, Suite room is cramped so cannot imagine what other rooms will be like. Overall disappointing experience. Better off paying the same for a 3 star in the centre. Definitely not a 4* hotel.

Nice place, friendly staff. Not much to be said beyond quite nice if smallish room (we got the smaller of the options), v clean, serviceable bar and little courtyard downstairs, near to Japanese garden and a few bars and cafes.

Hotel is not operating as a 4*. Upon check in I was given the access card for my room but the room was occupied so it was quite a surprise to walk in and be able to access other guests belongings (if I was motivated to). I made it clear at check in that I was a strict vegan and asked if there was any breakfast suitable. The muesli has chocolate chips and I only had a small bowl of fruit on two days. At check out this morning the same person (the guy) who checked me into the occupied room was very typical French and very arrogant. I questioned why I could not be charged for a continental breakfast instead of buffet and he said you had fruit and the buffet was available so we charge you for the buffet. When I said nothing else was available he responded I am not interested in having this conversation with you, you had the buffet and will be charged for the buffet. Very arrogant and zero customer service skills. Btw, the ladies working at the front desk were superb and had great customer service skills.

A lovely place to stay in a lovely city. Convenient and yet tucked away on a shaded avenue near the charming Canal de Brienne. The staff is gracious and top-notch.
A colleague and I looked for dinner the first night and ended up having cassoulet on the hotel patio, where we were truly pampered. And although it was fiendishly hot and A/C was failing elsewhere, I could always cool off at the Hotel de Brienne.

Perfect location for TBS. Great supermarket 1 min walk on same street buy your croissants there Bus stop to airport about 6 mins walk compans caffarelli this is the second stop into town from the airport 8 euro one way 15 euro return

The hotel itself is modern and very clean, having some nice room features and a pleasant bar and eating area. The buffet breakfast was quite good. However it is situated on a busy thoroughfare and although the soundproofing from the road is good, if you want to open a window it is very noisy. You can walk in about 10 minutes to the centre of the old town. We just werent very taken with Perpignan so probably feel a bit negative about the hotel too. If you know the town and just need somewhere to stay its fine. Personally I would choose a different destination!

A pleasant room with a comfortable bed and the usual amenities, conveniently situated for exploring downtown Toulouse by foot. The private parking lot with secure access was a definite plus.

This hotel is slightly out of the main hub which suited us. The staff were extremely helpful. Parking was underneath and we found it to be a very comfortable room.
