Loved my stay here, it's intimate, comfortable, clean and located close to everything. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond, suggesting places to visit and assisting with directions, making bookings for dinner and providing directions through WhatsApp and Google maps... I can't speak highly enough of the hotel and it's staff... 11 out of 10 from me!

Perfect location, historical building, very close to the old center, but in a quiet area. The staff was very helpful, especially Alessio, who provided us very useful information during our stay, regarding boat trips, places to eat traditional cuisine, beautiful places to swim! The room was large, with great interior design. Good choice to stay in Olbia!

Hotel feels tired. Needs new mattresses and linens. Lighting in lobby was a mix of the new super white bulbs with warm bulbs in other fixtures. Gave a garish glow to lobby. The breakfast room was lovely and servers great fun to get to know. It is a great location just blocks from main drag

Loved it! Perfect for a stay in the center of Olbia. Perfectly clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nice room, the city center is only a few steps away (with great restaurants) yet the hotel is in a super quiet street. Especially loved the kindness of the ladies at breaktfast. Highly recommend!

The staff were incredibly kind and parking was very easy to book. The staff made everything very easy as long as you have a working phone. I can’t say I liked my room very much, felt a bit worn out. Shower looked different from pictures and I’m just very particular about bathrooms. All in all I just didn’t think it was worth the amount I paid.

Great hotel in the center of town - easily walkable to the center of Olbia. Free parking is close by at the waterfront. Concierge was very friendly. Be aware of the limited vehicle access zone right in front of the hotel entrance. They give automated tickets if you go in there. While the point of going to Olbia is generally to get out of Olbia and up to the Costa Smeralda, Olbia itself is a charming place for a first or last night in Sardinia. Would recommend this hotel.

Great place, right in the center of town. the only problem if you arrive after hours and you are not familiar with the area there are several driving and parking restrictions. Only the morning after I found out they have a private parking area not far from the area.

This hotel is amazing in every way except for the bed it was a stiff springboard that creaked at any movement. But the hotel and the staff is are absolutely incredible! Would stay again and recommend highly

- Friendly Reception team - Hotel is in city center with no parking space - Superior Room really small - Really loud in the night could properly sleep - No upgrade if you are a Gold member (higher room was available) - Breakfast was in the basement - not really nice - Breakfast team was chatting the whole time instead of filling up, cleaning and serving - All over all i expected more of this Hotel

Good location and nice hotel. The air conditioner never cool the room below 24 degrees Celsius or 75F, which was too hot for us. Hotel should consider better blinds for the bathroom as our was at street level and people walking could see into the bathroom if light was on at night. They have flimsy curtains with significant gaps on the sides. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is located centrally in the old town and the hotel does not have any private parking spots for guests. It's quite difficult to find a parking place, especially in the evening. Upon arrival, many guests (including us) realized that the pictures on the website differ from the actual rooms that are given to the guests. Some rooms are in worst condition than others. The first room that was given to us was one of the oldest rooms and the AC was basically just a decoration. The beds are not the most comfortable beds as after a couple of nights, you may notice the strong pain in your neck and lower back. The staff was quite friendly...worth for an over night stay

The lovely (air conditioned) room was perfect for a summer weekend in Olbia. Really close to the main street, the hotel situation in a quiet street was great. We also took breakfast on our balcony which was a really nice addition to our stay.

Beautiful hotel in former private home. Well appointed and quietly luxurious. Centrally located, near restaurants and city center. One of the ciry’’s best eatery across the street. No parking on site but a public one is nearby.

A lovely stay with a very friendly team looking after us. They recommended good restaurants, helped us with our luggage and also fulfilled our request of bubbles in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was delicious and although ‘help yourself’ the selection of pastries, local cheese, meats, home-blended tea, fruit, yoghurt, cereals and juice was of exceptional quality. NB - we booked through hotels.com who advised there was free parking. There is no car park at the hotel, but free on-street parking nearby and a car park you pay for 10 mins walk away.

Great hotel with lovely welcoming staff. They made us an excellent breakfast as we had an early flight - enough for lunch as well. Would definitely recommend.
