We booked two rooms in the casino tower and when we arrived they said they moved us to the cheaper tower. They refused to discount the rooms. I really don’t understand how you can be downgraded when you paid for a specific room type.

Stay was OK except when we checked in the front desk asked if we would like house keeping as we were staying two nights. We said yes and the set the room to be cleaned at 11am the next day, after contacting the front desk in person five times the rome was cleaned at 5pm. Why did the front desk ask if we wanted house keeping and set a time if they had no intention of honoring it and why would it take five time to bring this to the attention of the front desk?

I really enjoyed this stay it was great. However, there were certain hairs on the shower floor. There was also candy wrappers under the couch along with a singular fruit gummy that we picked up so we would not be charged for that. Service and check in was really great though! Staff is nice! On the floor, there was a dealer who wasn't the friendliest. She was trying to smack hands away after saying no more bets placed. A simple “No more bets please” would have sufficed it wasn’t very considerate how she would smack other peoples hands. Overall, check-in staff and front lobby people were very nice and helpful! The pool and hot tub was AMAZING! Beautiful scenery inside and mostly quiet, either way it’s very relaxing! It was a great first stay at a hotel I like to look at the positive things versus bad and there were way more positive things to focus on which is great! Will be back soon, thank you!!

I had forgotten I had paid in advance. When I arrived I presented my ID & a credit card as payment for the room. The card was in my wife’s name as mine on the same account was misplaced. I was denied a room as my wife was not present, her being in a nursing home with dementia and no way to send permission and her ID as the clerk requested. As a result even though the room was paid for I was denied a room or a refund. Walter Hennessy

The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in. The bathroom suite alone was as big as a room normally. The t.v. was in an awkward place. As far as the gambling, not so user friendly. The drink service was horrible, and I did not notice any winners being paid!

Convenient to going to a concert at Bethel woods . It has nice rooms and casino . Our room on the 14th floor has me a beautiful view . I was surprised we couldn’t find any food after the show . Usually I travel with snacks but seeing as the hotel has a 24/7 casino and a cafe called 24/7 I figured we would be able to find food and coffee .

I had a room reserved at the Resorts world Catskills. When u got there they told me I was staying in The Alder and they downgraded me to a worse hotel and I had to pay the same price. Was very ridiculous with no accommodation at all.

Quiet property out in the middle of nowhere. Booked handicapped room. Go figure, they are the furthest rooms away from check in. Upgraded to jr queen suite. Got the rooftop view.. no view at all. Casino ok, restaurants not open. Ate at the same place 3 days in a row. Under staffed and over worked. Be careful, gratuity added to food bills. Didn’t know that until too late. Went to spa at 4:00 pm on Monday. Says open until 6. Nope, locked up. Asked rent desk. Maybe they won’t to lunch, lol. Never opened again. Pool area ok for being inside. Kids need to stay on kids side! Quite loud and rude late at night while trying to relax. Balcony/deck out side pool horrific. No where to sit and get comfy. Just a large bug festive climbing up the railings. Most important thing about 3 days away, I got to spend it with my mom. Good or bad, she’s amazing!

We had a great experience! We attended at concert at Bethel Woods and stayed at this hotel. It was clean, everyone was friendly, and accommodating. I am a body building competitor and eat a very strict diet and brought all my food. They brought up a microwave to our room so I could heat my food. We will definitely stay again!

Large room with comfortable beds. Bathroom was spacious with a large walk-in shower. Water pressure was good and water was hot even on 19th fl. The room looked and smelled clean and housekeeping had no problems swapping out the down pillows.

My car broke down I could not get the resort to give me a break on the one night I could not check in. And Expedia also was no help they claimed that they could not get ahold of the resort. I'm very DONE with both Expedia and the Resort. Also, at the resort they automatically put a tip on a drink at the bar and in the restaurant. There are no signs that state they are doing that!!!! WRONG. Just bad the entire ordesal.

The bed was horrible. Extremely soft and lumpy. My husband and I lacked sleep for the 2 nights that we were there. Plus we had booked a king bed and we both felt it was a queen (we own a king at home).

The food was awful and expensive. The first night there was only one restaurant of 3,you could eat in. One was closed and other did not have staff (one hour wait time minimum) The one we did eat at had only one waitress. The next night I decided it was the only place to eat. The front desk said they were closing because they had no eating utensils!!!!

Only booked for one night because we were attending a concert at Bethel Woods. They allowed us to check in early which was great. Staff were friendly, grounds and room clean. Food in The Bistro was delicious. Over all had a great time.

Loved the parking and casino. The casino has a great variety and layout. The room however was sub-par for the premium price. Very spacious but when you are paying top dollar, you come to expect the five details to be there. No cobwebs, trays that hold your washcloths to be clean. Air conditioning that cools the room an a comfortable bed. It was a bit saggy with odd pillows. Again, loved the casino and the hotel access and room size but the devil is in the details when you are paying top dollar for a room. We paid $400 for a king and was told the usual price for that room is$900. If i paid full price, I would have been even more disappointed.
