*Please note there is a long-term tenant that lives in the basement. They have a separate entrance and side yard. Please be cognizant and keep noise to a minimum.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - Extremely clean, cute property which is decorated very nicely, great location that is close to lots of grocery stores/gas stations/etc., only a 20 minute drive to downtown Denver, clean and well maintained hot tub, they provide plenty of toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc for your stay. Cons - Grass was about 2 feet tall in the backyard and looked like it hadn’t been mowed in weeks, the lock on one of the bedroom doors did not work, very limited amount of cooking supplies in the kitchen, mattresses are hard as rocks and caused a few of us to struggle to sleep comfortably, there is not enough seating in the living room for 4 people to sit comfortably - the couch is very small and all 4 of us were on top of each other when relaxing in the living room, the permanent tenants that live downstairs were quiet and we never saw them but it made it a bit awkward for our stay - we felt like we had to be very careful about noise at all times and it just doesn’t feel as private as we would have liked. We knew about this factor beforehand, but don’t think that we would rent somewhere with another tenet staying there again.

We had a very nice stay at this property. House was clean and looks just like the pictures. I do want to mention that I believe people should be told this property is a duplex. At times we felt as though we needed to be quiet late at night to not disturb those below us.

The house is in a great location to explore Denver, Golden, Boulder and Colorado Springs. The unit has been completely updated. Beds are comfortable, plenty of space,TVs in bedrooms, and a relaxing hottub. There is a unit below which was not disclosed in the listing, but it was not an issue for us.

This was my first air b&b/vrbo experience and I will most likely be staying in a hotel from now on. It did not meet our cleanliness standards and the floor was dirty. I was hoping I had a place where I could let my infant crawl around on the floor and this was not the case. There was no dish soap/dish washer pods. None of the windows were locked. For the price it wasn’t worth it. Plus, the biggest turn off is that there are people downstairs and it is not a private home. I was wondering where the crying kids were coming from. This was not clearly marked in the description.

The property was very clean and the hot tub and large bath tub was very nice and relaxing! Like others mentioned, the kitchen was colder than the rest. The only issue that I wasn’t very impressed with is there are people living in the basement of the home. This isn’t mentioned in the listing. It felt as though you had to be quiet because they have young children. Nothing is shared with them, but I wasn’t expecting a duplex more or less.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Communication was easy, it was so quiet, no one bothered us, the hot tub was dreamy. Would definitely recommend.

The house was clean and communication was easy. The huge bathtub and hot tub were very relaxing and welcome amenities with the snowy weather we had. Beds were a little firm for our taste, but we slept fine. Kitchen area is a little colder than the rest of the house like another guest stated, but there was a space heater in the house and with that it was very comfortable. I would stay again and highly recommend it to other guests.

I love that this place had luxury things like touch mirrors, an updated bathroom, a smart TV, and a nice kitchen. The master bathroom is nice and the tub is huge. Overall the house looked nice. Although i wish they would've replaced the windows. The heat was set to 70. The rooms were about 76 while the rest of the house was in the mid 60s. You could feel a draft through the windows but the rooms were hot. The second bedroom doesnt have a tv and my sister and i both need sound to fall asleep. One of the main reasons i choose this place was the hot tub but i was having trouble with it the whole stay. The temperature wouldnt stay up, the lights didnt turn on, and the jets would turn off and on randomly. Other than that the place was nice. I also wish they had some more pots for cooking.

We had a great quick getaway and this was a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub and was a quick Uber ride anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend

Ideal location. Loved the hot tub. Communication with management excellent with quick solutions to remedy minor issues (replaced a broken toaster and took care of a housing issue immediately). This place was perfect for the 4 of us; 2 couples. Clean and nice neighborhood. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, which was ideally located between Golden and downtown Denver. The house was spotless, and the kitchen and common areas were spacious and comfortable. I loved the large bathtub in the master bedroom. My only [minor] complaint is that the fence around the backyard was low, so the neighbors could see in the backyard - and vice versa - with little privacy; we opted to skip using the hot tub. Otherwise, this was a great property.
