we had three couples in our group who stayed at the location for an out of town event. Everyone loved the duplex. It was spacious and I have to accommodate all three couples. Open space floor plan downstairs was nice for everyone to hang out and talk and the property was very clean and up-to-date. The master bath was amazing if you love to take baths. Highly recommend staying here.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here while dropping my daughter off for school at McNeese university and it was a great location, fully stocked kitchen and very clean! It has everything a family could want or need! I also loved how easy it was to book and the owner got back with us right away with questions we had. Would highly recommend!

The property is located perfectly for your next trip to Lake Charles! Walking distance from the historic Ryan Street & picturesque Lakeshore Drive. The condo is extremely clean, well decorated, and provided a quiet atmosphere. The listing description is 100% accurate and met all our expectations. Michelle was a phenomenal host! She’s very accessible and check in was seamless. We will stay here again!!!

This property was absolutely wonderful. The host was very responsive from the minute I booked. I needed to change dates to extend my stay and the host responded promptly. The arrival instructions were detailed and easy. The apartment was the perfect layout for our family of 6 with an open kitchen and living room, and three bedrooms upstairs. It was very clean, equipped with all the supplies we needed, and is located very conveniently to restaurants, the lake, water park and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and location. We actually forgot two items at the house. I contacted the host and she immediately responded, located the items, and shipped them back to me, all within less than 1 day of our stay. I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Had a great weekend in Lkc. The property was perfect and exactly as described. We were able to walk to downtown restaurants and the waterfront. There was even a festival and fireworks! We will be back next year and plan on staying at the property again.

Everything about our stay — check in, communication w the host, cleanliness — was perfect. Unfortunately, one of the queen beds broke in the nighttime, but I’m sure the host is rectifying it; they’re very responsive. My only suggestion is for the host to not use scented fabric softener, soap, etc; I’m allergic to artificial scents and it gave me a headache. I’d also recommend leaving wash cloths for guests. Otherwise, this is a lovely little charmer of a place!

The condo was just perfect for my 3-night stay. Everything spotless and comfortable, lovely decor, great location close to park and downtown restaurants. Communications with the owner were timely, helpful, and personable. I will be returning with my family as soon as possible and wholeheartedly recommend this property to any potential renters!

Everything about this property was excellent. The home itself was modern,clean and roomy. The location is on a quiet dead end street and near to everything. The owner/manager responded to any questions within minutes and made check in seamless. We had a small group of family and friends and the place was great for us. The downtown location made it great for the shops and restaurants in the historic district and only five or so minutes from the casinos. I will book this place everytime we are in town, you should too!

House was everything we needed for a week of baseball at our sons World Series in Lake Charles. Decor is wonderful and the neighborhood is walking distance to some great restaurants and the waterfront. Owners are extremely responsive and helpful! Home is updated, well stocked and we loved the decor. Above all, it was absolutely spotless, super clean!! Can’t say enough nice things about this property!

Great location in downtown, close to Barbe, Sam Houston and westlake high schools which is where we played all weekend. Clean, equipped for all needs. Very easy to communicate with owner. Would definitely stay here again.

This is such a great location, it’s walking distance to fun places like OB’s and we even walked to Tia Juanita, Luna, and even the convention center! It was very clean and the property managers were simply lovely! I come to LC often and will definitely be a repeat visitor!

Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. First, its great location. On the one hand, the old town with amazing architecture. On the other, a huge hiking trail with a beautiful view of the lake. Second - house.
