Upgraded Utilities: Brand new Washer, Dryer, new Refrigerator, and new oven in Kitchen, new microwave, new HVAC with condenser and furnace, new roof, new windows, new ceiling fans/recess lights, new grill, new outdoor shower, and new light fixtures(w/new electrical panel), and new outdoor shower and plumbing.
New bath and beach towels, new linens, new pillows, pillow cases, new comforters and curtains.
Outdoor round table with six chairs and umbrella. New Outdoor sectional seating area with canopy, and wicker furniture.
