Sliding glass doors from here provide access to the covered and furnished balcony which has a 180-degree view encompassing the back bay, the swimming pool and spa, and in the opposite direction there is a view of Times Square and the Gulf of Mexico. The large bathroom has tile flooring and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower.
