You’ll enjoy the quiet of a residential neighborhood in North Lincoln City with a stay in Lincoln House, a four-bedroom home with a comfortable upstairs great room. The warm wood vaulted ceiling in the living room frames an inviting space with plush sofas, chairs, and a large Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu. A wall of windows to the west reveals the outdoor upper-level deck and brings in lots of light. You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen, with its blue and white tile island and stainless-steel appliances. The main-level king and queen bedrooms have their own smart TVs. So do the two bedrooms downstairs, a King bedroom, and a kid-friendly double bunk room with trundle beds. It’s an easy, convenient walk to delicious Mexican food, Thai food, pizza, and Starbucks or Human Bean coffee if you want to go out. If you like plants, you’ll also want to visit the Connie Hansen Garden in the same neighborhood. Eight minute Walk to miles of sandy, level beach and ocean surf. The Chinook Winds Casino, golf, water sports on the lake, and all the fun activities of Lincoln City are minutes away by car. If you love the beach but prefer a quiet, casual, family-friendly place to stay, Lincoln House is a great choice for your next coastal stay!

Before you book the Lincoln House, there are some things you should know: 1. It is NOT two blocks from the beach. If you walk in a straight line from the house to the coast, it's at least five blocks, and that brings you to a cliff that overlooks the beach. But there is no way down to the beach. You'll have to walk several more blocks for beach access. 2. There is no "fireplace." There is an electric wall heater that has a somewhat entertaining display that resembles a fireplace. It's just a pretty electric heater. Don't expect to huddle up to a cozy fire because there is no fire. 3. The deck that is so prominently featured in the pictures of the house was cordoned off with yellow caution tape when we arrived. It was unusable to us for the entire length of our stay. Frankly, the landing just outside the front door should probably have been cordoned off as well. The joist connectors that support the deck and landing are rusted through in many places--to the extent that the posts that are supposed to be supporting the deck do not actually contact the deck joists. There is also wood rot in many places on the landing, including just outside the front door. 4. When we arrived, we were greeted by the stench of an overflowing garbage can located at the base of the stairs that lead to the front door. It took two days to get the garbage collected. 5. We had a party of eight. The house was adequate for that size of a party.

The property was almost as listed - the deck was being repaired so could't be used, but I was contacted the week prior to my stay to let me know. The listing called it a Deck*BBQ*Fireplace rental although there was no BBQ - we were doing a big family thing and brought all the food and fixings for hamburgers, hot dogs, roasted corn on the cob and s'mores and then couldn't use them. Grandkids were disappointed. It was very close to the beach tho so we could walk there easily. We also had a view of the ocean from the living room. Would definitely recommend the property but strongly encourage a new title for the listing.

Clean, comfortable, well supplied residence. I had difficulty getting the access code, I think due to the host not having my correct email address. Overall we had a wonderful stay and have good memories of our family get together.

The house is larger on the inside than it for appears but it’s such a great house! We loved the double king rooms so the adults had enough space. The only drawback was the online info said there was a bbq and we weren’t able to find one. Honestly if that was our only drawback- life is good at the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very well appointed with lots of amenities, and very very clean. The outside stairs up to the property and upstairs deck could use some refurbishing. There was also a step inside to down stairs that needed repair. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed staying at this location with my friends and family. The decor was great and we loved the game closet. There was plenty of room for 3 adults, two teens and 3 littles. It was easier to drive to the beach with all the kids stuff than walk. The only concerns I have are the stairs in the house are very easy to slip on (almost all of us did) and there are rails loose and askew from the deck which is scary with small children.

This house was perfect for our Lincoln City beach house getaway! The house is a short 5 minute walk through a quaint, quiet neighborhood. We went to the beach daily and loved kite flying and our ocean boat toy. The layout was perfect for our family although the kitchen was a bit cramped at times. The living area is comfortable and the deck is nice but appears to be in need of some repairs. Overall, a fantastic base to explore Lincoln City and the Oregon Coast!

My family and kids stayed here was a decent sized house they had little games for the family to play witch was nice beds were super comfortable slept amazing it was about a 5 min walk to the beach over all it was a good experience would book again

We absolutely loved this house! It was so cute! Super clean, spacious, and just close enough to the beach for a gentle walk. North end of town is a huge bonus!!!! HUGE! We have never stayed in a rental with more comfortable beds! I couldn’t believe it! We really enjoyed the game closet and even completed a puzzle. TV s are such a bonus. Lil fireplace deal was adorable. We highly recommend this to everyone. Wait! Even the neighbors were super kind. :) thank you again!

The house was perfect...perfect check in process, perfect location, perfect house features(things for everyone to do-from infant to adult!), perfect communication with property manager, perfect check out process. My family agrees this was the perfect place for us! Aloha!!
