Oceanfront Condo building, part of larger Sea Colony Resort. Includes gyms, multiple indoor and outdoor pools, tennis facilities, pickle ball, 2 gyms and other athletic facilities. Walking distance to great restaurants and convenience stores.
Parking passes are required, you will pick them up when you purchase your guest badges at check-in. Up to two parking spaces available. One parking spot is reserved for the unit. The other parking pass in an unreserved spot.
NOTE: Access badges to the community's amenities and parking are mandatory and paid directly to the complex upon arrival. Fees vary by season.
**Additionally, children are welcome! :) For some reason, our listing is showing up as no children allowed, but that is a mistake and they are absolutely welcome.
