Elegant and peaceful !

I was very impressed by this boutique hotel, the room was big, elegant and clean and fresh. The food at the restaurant was very nice and the portions were just nice. The staff are super friendly, in particular assistant manager Ari, who's so sweet. We'll definitely recommend this boutique hotel to others and would love to be back again when we are next in Sanur.

A great hotel in the middle of the Sanur strip

The room was very well set out and the bed was very comfortable. Two different sized pillows provided a good nights sleep. I did have a noise issue in my first room (I think an aircon unit on the roof) and the staff were very happy to move me to another room and the problem was solved. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of all the action and close to a lot of very good cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The pool was on the cool side because it is mostly shaded. I would have liked to be able to walk into the pool rather than climb down a ladder as my knees are not good. However sitting around the pool was pleasurable.

Superb

The family rooms (2 connecting rooms with a small living room in between) are great, Nice swimming pool. Good location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Friendly staff. They surprises me with a delicious chocolate cake on my birthday. Everything in the hotel still seems brand new.

Asthmatics beware!

Excellent staff and the restaurant was good.

As an asthmatic, I suffered the whole visit due to dust under the bed, mould on the bathroom walls and verandah balustrades, filthy lounge room mat and whilst the floors appeared clean, they weren’t. As they used a dry mop, when I spilt something and wiped it up, the tissue I used was black! The fridge functioned poorly so drinks were never actually cold. We were very disappointed as, for Bali, the price was quite expensive.

Superb

An impressive centrally located hotel. The hotel is new, so the rooms are fresh and no issues you commonly get from some of the older hotels in the area. We stayed in the family magnolia suite, which has the separated lounge room between a parent and kids room. Great set up and very helpful staff who treat you with professional courtesy. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Stayed several years ago and it was great and it still is. A very rare thing in Bali. Location in sanur is as good as it gets if you aren't staying on the beach

Excellent stay with Maison

Room size is big, goose down blanket and pillows are excellent. Beds are very comfortable,even the xtra bed was also nice. Location is perfect, in the heart of Sanur, next to big supermarket.

The bathroom is a bit tight. Bathroom ventilation is also not too good, should put a fan to circulate air.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend for families

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and comfortable and were very clean. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in since being in Bali.

I can’t fault anything besides the construction of the new restaurant which I only was aware of when outside in the pool.

The personalised attention by Guest Manager Ari Cayahni. Great customer service with actions, follow up and friendly attention. All the staff are well trained and do a fantastic job of making my wife, friends and I welcome. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable beds in Bali.

The tiny fridge in the rooms are all but useless. They need to be replaced as soon as possible.

So in love with this chic style boutique hotel. everything was perfect. the location is walking distance to shopping mall, hipster cafe, restaurants, money changer, there is even a Maybank ATM machine next to the hotel. staff very attentive and helpful. The beds and pillows were supremely comfortable. water pressure in the toilets were so good.
