Nothing
The reception like locked in prison, hard to communicate

I loved the heaping piles of trash amassed along the streets surrounding hotel, almost as much as the rats and vagrants foraging through them for food.
There were no windows in my room, except a small one in the bathroom. But, given the neighborhood, who really wants to look out their hotel room window and see hookers, vagrants, and drug dealers make a living?

A good value for money. The manager was very kind and helpful. She got me a good rate on breakfast across the street

What breakfast?
The location was good as it was a walking distance to the shopping district however it was not best environment.
An elevator would have made it much better.
Definitely could do better with the wifi.

The staff were really helpful considering our Spanish is not good and they gave us a late check out free of charge.
The location was great but the street itself is not for the faint hearted. There are lots of homeless, addicts etc. Although harmless it could be difficult for a solo female traveller or someone not used to seeing that kind of thing. Didn't encounter any issues and the property felt super secure.

For the money we expected a worn room. But it wasn’t. The room was clean, big and enough if u used it just for sleeping. Bathroom as well clean.
Neighborhood / Streetside quite dirthy. And if u are not scared about ppl living on the street it’s ok. looks like hotel is used as well for hr activities.
