Das Personal ist sehr nett

Zimmer sehr klein und extrem hellhörig. Frühstück nur Toast mit Belag und Rührei, der Toaster ist sehr abgenutzt und gehört mal ersetzt. Dusche funktioniert nur mit viel gut zureden.

Bom custo X benefício para uma noite devido a proximidade do Metro e do aeroporto.

A proximidade com o aeroporto é principal destaque da acomodação. A limpeza e a arrumação do quarto merece destaque, bem como a proximidade com a estação do Metro. Ou seja, se possuir apenas bagagem de mão, o Metro é um excelente transporte para chegar até a acomodação.

O quarto é realmente muito reduzido. Não há frigobar, embora os responsáveis tenham uma pequena geladeira de uso comunitário no térreo. A cama pode melhorar muito, principalmente com a reposição do colchão e do estrado barulhento.

Annoying service

Its location close to the airport. The room was small but clean.

When I arrived I was told the hotel was fully booked and I would need to go somewhere else… Even though I had already booked! Like 20 minutes later, the guy told me I could pay and then got a room …. terrible. Make sure you pay the booking beforehand, not there…

Simple but effective one night stop for the airport.

Location was great for the airport, within walking distance or the Metro is 5 minutes walk and one stop away. A small variety of good places to eat are very close by and there is a small supermarket, also close by. The owner was kind and helpful. Although this single room was very small, the bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of power points, heating and A/C. Great shower although it is easy to get the floor wet. Breakfast was very simple but great coffee. I have no complaints for a one night stop and would stay again.

Desilusão com o WC e serviço do pequeno almoço.

Detestei as condições do WC, no que concerne ao poliban. Não havia condições para tomar banho. Assim que se abre a torneira do chuveiro, a casa de banho fica completamente inundada o que é inadmissível para o preço que é cobrado e para o conforto do cliente.

Detestei as condições do peque o almoço. O funcionário simplesmente coloca num balcão da cozinha os alimentos e diz para fazermos tudo o resto. Não há o mínimo de cuidado na fidelização do cliente no serviço do pequeno almoço, o que me fez procurar um café nas imediações para tomar o pequeno almoço. Além de que, não havia igualmente condições e conforto para a toma do pequeno almoço.

Bom para pernoites rápidas.

A localização é excelente para que pegar um voo, pois fica próximo do aeroporto e da estação de metrô Encarnação. Ao lado tem 5 restaurantes, supermercado, etc.

Caí fora! Pessimo!

Somente da mobília do quarto!

Pequeno, sujo e banheiro vaza água para todo lugar inclusive fora molhando o carpete ao lado da cama! Lembrando que entre banheiro e cama são 30cm!!! Funcionário não falava português nem inglês! Sai sem café da manhã! As paredes finas e o casal do lado escutou FUNK até as 2am! Um horror!

Localização próxima do aeroporto, confortável, mas não tem banheira

O quarto estava bem limpo e cheiroso, me deixaram entrar antes do horário do check-in, o local é bem silencioso e a cama confortável e o chuveiro é maravilhoso, está bem perto do aeroporto, o recepcionista me ajudou com as malas e locais para alimentação.

No anuncio diz que tem banheira mas não tem, o banheiro fecha com cortina de plástico ai faz a maior molhança no banheiro inteiro porque não veda a caída de água, o café da manhã estava tudo embalada em cima de uma pia nem me senti a vontade para comer, tem uma mesa em um espaço tipo quintal que ficaria mais bonito e servido nesse local.

Que estaba cerca del aeropuerto, para pasar la noche del aeropuerto estuvo super. El personal muy atento, incluyó desayuno que era pan con jamón y queso, yogurt, café.

La habitación quedó perfecta para mi que soy pequeña. Para otras personas más grandes deberían considerarlo.

Good option for a quick stay near the airport

Very convenient location. Close to the airport and near a metro station. It was super useful to be able to check in at 11pm. Also, the included breakfast was simple but saved me time. Ideal for a quick stay near the airport.

The room was fairly small and there was water leakage when the shower was used.

Funny and pleasant

It was a funny place, felt a bit like a student house, or perhaps a classic pension. That was OK for me. I was welcomed by a friendly young man, who appeared to accidentally just arrive at the same time as me, but was obviously at home, knew all the ins and outs and arranged for my card payment. It was a bit odd, but it didn't feel like there was anything wrong. His friendliness and mastery of English language were very helpful. Breakfast was self service with an outside patio area to sit.

It was a bit hard to find, also for the taxi driver.

This place is good enough for one night.

The property is close to the metro that goes to the airport. I enjoyed having my own room and bathroom. The AC in the room worked great, and the WiFi was good. My room was clean. There were a few options for restaurants right across the street.

My room was right off the kitchen/check-in area and could hear people coming in until after 1am and when people got up for breakfast. The only way in the house was to ring the bell and wait to be let in; I would have rather of had my own key to the house or maybe a code. My bathroom smelled like pee, which permeated into the room if the door was left open. I woke up to a very wet bathroom because the bathroom above leaked quite a bit.

A disappointing accommodation that made my last memories of Portugal uncomfortable

It's close to the airport, so I'm satisfied with the airport accessibility. Even with the breakfast included option, I was not served or offered.

I would not recommend this accommodation. Aside from the small rooms, the old, detached bed and moldy shower curtains were enough to make a night in this hostel unpleasant. Besides, despite paying the price with breakfast included, the host didn't ask me for any advice. I checked out early due to my early flight, but I think you should have at least asked for or provided breakfast when you met me in the morning. I don't know if it's about half of what I paid, but this price is really not worth paying.

Small, but tidy, friendly and helpful and comfortable

It was close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tidy had everything I needed. The property is quaint.

They did not answer my messages, so I could’ve used better directions how to get there. I ended up walking a very long way when in fact, there was a metro station super close by.

Nice and calm area. Strategicaly well placed, close to Metro station Encarnacao, that is one station from airport and two to Oriente station. Comfortable room, ok breakfast included, very nice and helpful host.

Pleasant stay.

The food and the room were good. The staff were extremely kind and generous. They made our stay great.

The room was a little compact. We did not have a kettle there, but we had full access to their kitchen which was more than enough. 😊

Passable

The check in process was very poor. I only realised that the person responsible for the check in was the gentleman that open the door after I asked about it, an the check in is done in a small kitchen. The breakfast is very poor, not much available, and no one there, just things on the counter in the small kitchen and nothing else. No one present for the check out, I had to leave early morning due to my work related schedule, and I just left the key in the room and left.
