Anna is very hospitable to us. She provides useful info for us.

The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen with a small dining table and a bathroom. It is situated within a larger house with a large and beautiful garden, where the hosts live.
You can see Mount Vesuvius from the garden, it looms over the neighborhood.
The hosts were wonderful, warm and very welcoming! It felt like visiting friends.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
It's a great location for visiting Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. I heartily recommend!
There is a green light on the wall of the bedroom, which cannot be switched off even in the night. If you are sensitive to light, bring your sleeping mask.
We felt that there could have been more shelves or drawers for our clothes. Also, maybe a little less decorations would mean more free space to put our stuff.
The fridge was quite small and it included an open freezer, which overnight froze some of our food in the fridge.

A beautiful hidden treasure. We could easily get to Pompeii, Vesuvius and the neighboring town Torre del Greco, which was as destination for us to find family, by local train. Hostess Anna is so delightful l could have spent another day just hanging out with her. Anna helped us maneuver the train system, area customs such as restaurants don't open until 8pm. She would check in with us during the day to make sure we were getting on ok, she and her husband, Franco are truly the best representation of Neapolitan people. You become family.
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about the property or our hosts. I must say however that the cleanliness of the streets could have been much better. If this comment reaches those in charge of such things I would love to see the area benefit from it.

We could not find better than this little paradise. Perfectly located to visit everything by car or public transport. The train station is a 10-minute walk away and takes you to all the sights like pompei , Vesuvius, Naples, Amalfi Coast,... . You will always relax here thanks to the quiet location, the beautiful garden and above all, the kindness of the owners with a golden heart. Thanks to Anna and Franco we had a wonderful holiday to always remember. We will definitely come back here. Thanks you so much.
All was perfect.

Our host Anna was great. She was going out of her way to make us feel as comfortable as possible, always inquiring if we were ok or if we needed anything during our stay. She was there, literally 24/7 on our 2 day stay. She treated us with fresh fruit from her garden and even pastries, after coming back from a long day at the Pompeii ruis, which are only about a 10 min drive away. Plus, she even offered to share her garden with us, amongst the lemon trees that they have there. We had a view to Vesuvius volcano from our living room balcony; the apartment was very nicely equipped, very clean and nicely done and decorated, especially with a kitchen with anything you can wish for, plus in every room we had air conditioning, which was great since we were getting 35°C outisde by the time we were there. Overall we can really recommend this place if you want to see the ruins of Pompeii, our hosts were just adorable. Thanks to you Anna and Franco again for your hospitality!!!

A nice, clean and spacy apartment with the view to Vesuvius and a garden of lemon trees behind the window. We had a lovely time at Le Pendici. The hosts are very kind, gentle people and very helpful too, they provided us with all kind of practical information and helped us finding medical help for our child. I really recommend this villa!
We liked everything.

The hospitality of Anna and Franco is fantastic as is the fine garden with orange and lemon trees. We were free to use the fruit. Save parking space guarded by the dogs. Our stay of 10 nights was much to short to visit all the highlights in the vicinity. We tried to lengthen our stay, but every apartment was occupied. We stayed in the apartment at ground level in the main house. The apartment is at walking distance from the train station of the CircumVesuviana, app EAV timetable. You can check in with your bankcard Pay in - Pay out. Don't forget to check out. Every person needs its own bankcard.
A little bit further on the shoreside is the Trenitalia trainstation, App Trenitalia. You can buy the tickets online. This train is the best to visit the Archeological Museum (Stop Napoli Cavour). The Trenitalia train is also more luxurious. We bought the Artecard Campania (43€), which has a validity of one year, two entrances for a lot of museums et cetera.
Would we choose this apartment again? Yes, without any hesitation.
We read already in the reviews that there are several dogs there and in the environment which can make sometimes a lot of noise at night. So we were prepared with ear wax. On the other side, you get used to it.

We were greeted and treated as a part of the family! Hosts, Anna and Franco made themselves available at any time of the day and night, for what ever we needed. The apartment is bright, very tidy, cozy and warm. Nicely furnished, with cute little details around the flat. ( Ladies will appreciate it). Parking right next to the door, and very safe. Beautiful garden, lots of cute dogs( for dogs lovers). Ideal for families with kids. Walking distance to train station. All the necessary shop are at a walking distance. Bars and restaurants as well. Delicious mandarins from the hosts garden. We were spoiled by scrumptious freshly baked pastries from a local bakery, from Anna and Franco. Internet speed is fast.
Bottom line, the property is not to be missed.
P.S The mesmerizing view of Vesuvius from the balcony
The only dislike was our short stay
