No bar although included in amenities, no elevator/offered assistance but didn't get any, not enough seating/shade by pool. Did not grant request for ground floor rm although requested ahead. Good for sleeping/shower. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for.

Property is clean but rooms are in desperate need of updating especially the bathrooms. Rusty areas. Water leakeked from bathroom into sleeping area. In our second room the shower faucets broke at 9pm they fixed it but the whole process took about an hour. The food was good at breakefast. If you order sit down dinner it is decent but the servive is suuuupppeeer slow, not a good thing if you're hungry. Our room card keys deactivated at least once everyday sometimes more. Not everyone at the front desk has customer service skills. They would just issue new card keys without checking ID so it seems easy for anyone not staying in the room can ask for any room key. To get pool towels you have to go to the front desk all the time and its very inconvenient. If you call the front desk they don't always answer. Overall I give this hotel a 6 out of 10. I would not stay there nor recommend it to anyone.

The property is outdated, unfortunately I got a room with a faulty alarm that went off at random times. Disturbing my sleep and neighbors. Additionally, overall the room was not taken care off and the small refrigerator did not work. As i went during moth of July, and the weather is extreme heat it would have been nice to have working refrigerator

The staff was super nice. Check in went well. The lobby area is the nicest area on the property. Outdoor spaces were clean and well maintained. I think they are slowly “upgrading” the property. I noticed that some rooms had a nice modern door to the room, but more than half do not. Showers were big and water pressure is strong. The pool was nice and a great for all ages. Here is the BAD. Mattresses are super old and saggy. The bathrooms are covered in mold (around the mirror and all over the grout in the shower). You can tell they never scrub the tiles. The shower curtain was way too short for the size of the shower so water gets EVERYWHERE. You can not control the speed of the air conditioner and they are placed so they blow right on your face when sleeping. Parking is hit or miss. Overall did not feel clean on that property.

All the staff were friendly and professional, but the room were we stay the sofa-bed mattress it was in bad conditions and will be nice if they clean the upholstery; that was the only issue. Recommendation the parking spaces first for the hotel guests, 2nd people who use the convention center and 3rd who visit El Rollo disco bar on weekends… when we arrived during the night we parked in the last parking lot (it was dark) and not safe for 2 senior ladies

Our stay was alright,not impressed at all to be honest, been at better hotels. But when we finally checked in, we were given a room and when we went to open the room, both beds super messy and if the previous guests had just left. So we went back to the front desk and we got another room which was ok,

The property was comfortable and clean. It is an old hotel, but with good maintenance. Staff was very nice and profesional. The food was not the best. But in La Paz there are really good restaurants and street food options.

Everything about this hotel was average. The location is average, if you plan for a lot of walking or transportation. The hotel itself is dated but staff keep it as clean as they possibly can. It’s rated a 4 star but coming from Ca, I would rate it a high 2.

First time I encounter in a hotel the maids would pickup the dirty towels from your room 3-4 hours prior to clean the room so you have no way to shower during that time, is sad such hotel does not have enough towels and very old bed sheets.

Everything after front desk and before we entered our room was very nice. The restaurant staff were fantstic and the food and drink were good. Unfortunately, front desk staff repeatedly made us feel like we were criminals when we asked for coffee pack on days that we chose not to have our room cleaned. In addition, having stayed at dozens of hotels and resorts, we have NEVER been asked to leave a deposit for pool towels. As a result, we did not use the pool. The worst part of this hotel is the room. MOLDY SMELL, WINDOW DIDN'T LOCK ON GROUND FLOOR ROOM - NEVER FIXED, TOILET BOWL LEAKED URINE AND FECES ON FLOOR, SINK PLUMBING LEAKED ONTO FLOOR UNDER THE COUNTER, BEDS ARE EXTREMELY WORN OUT WITH A HUGE DIP IN THE MIDDLE AND SPRINGS POKING YOU. This area of the hotel is in dire need of a massive overhaul that must go beyond the reskinning of the room doors. This hotel is grotesquely overpriced even having gotten a bit of a deal online.

The Internet WiFi did not work at all,the phone in my room did not work I hade to go down to the reception desk to let them know that the phone in our room was not working ,WIFi not working the water from the toilet keep running all night long and water was coming out from the toilet the price I paid for this room not worth it. The phone is a safety thing to have in the rooms in case of emergency and I did not feel safe by not having a working phone.

Property is in excellent location. The restaurant is good, great service. However our room was unacceptable. The shower faucets were hard to open/close. The mini fridge was not working properly. We were moved to another room, but the mini fridge was completely broken in the second room. Loved La Paz, but i would stay at a different hotel if i coukd afford it.
