Great walkable area. Hotel could have been cleaner. Grout was brown and unkept in bathroom. As someone with a lower limb loss, I have to sit on shower/bathtub ground, unless there is an ADA setup. There wasn’t- or the one available was $60 more. The shower door repeatedly closed on me while having to scoot in/out of shower.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. It was centrally located for the areas we visited, Philidelphia, Ephrata, Lancaster, etc.
The staff was friendly and courteous. We did have ants in our bathroom, but no one actually had bug spray. We think they found some because after the second day the ants were no longer there. The shower also leaked and we had to put towels down to keep the water from spreading. While the room was comfortable and a good size, the showerhead needs to be replaced.

The room was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. We were quite pleased with everything. We'll definitely stay again and will recommend this hotel to friends.

It was a comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn express at Exon. My boyfriend and I even signed up for their membership! The only downside was that housekeeping are not scheduled on certain days and that needs to be clarified from the start of the stay. Here you would need to request for housekeeping before 9am. Overall, very comfortable and whatever you need they will provide for you which is great.

You can tell the renovation was done with the idea of saving money. Many stains on carpets and blinds, holes in bedding. And the one room smelt like body odor or old food.

We were given a room on the 4th floor, when we got to the room it had not been cleaned. We were given another room and the remote didn’t work. Another trip to the front desk and was told it the corroded battery change didn’t work, she would tell maintenance. You had to step in the shower and get blasted with cold water to turn it on.
The breakfast buffet was clean, the air conditioning was t working and the food selection was very poor.
Do not recommend.

Overall stay is good. Hotel breakfast buffet closes at 9:30 am which is too early. It should be open atleast until 10am on working day. Especially with people coming to drop their kids in move in week. More staff should be there to support breakfast staff

This hotel needs some serious cosmetic upkeep. My room was very basic, comfortable bed/ pillows and accommodated my needs. However the bathroom shower had a stain of dirt in the stall, you could tell this bathroom had several repairs done, by the cracking in the ceiling, walls, and floor. The guest did not abide by any alcoholic beverage near the pool. The pool could have used some cleaning, but I did take the time to lay in the sun. The business area was great and came in handy because I'm a student and needed to print out some PDFs. The area is easily accessible to the shopping center and various restaurants. I would not stay again, but I would not, not recommended it for a quick overnight..

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is in a shopping mall area so there is lots available right there. Literally - RIGHT THERE. It was quiet at night so we slept well, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good - lots of options! We would recommend this site for families, business people, those looking for lots to do close by.
