Stay here alot, like that it has pool, casino attached, and reasonable in winter for price, not so much in summer. This time it was under construction, great that they're updating, but the room was above the construction, elevator wasn't working, so alot of walking, and upstairs. Husband just had major ankle surgery.

We have always chosen Red Lion for trips to Kalispell, we love the convenience of being close to down town. Breakfast was great as always, just can see that the rooms are a little run down and need a really good deep clean, our heater and vents were very dusty, dust in behind bedside tables and in corners

We were booked into a handicapped room, which was spacious. The shower nozzle was set low to accommodate someone sitting. I was not able to adjust it upward to accommodate someone standing.

Staff was very pleasant. Very and the morning breakfast was plus. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the coffee in the room was never restocked, so had to go to lobby.

We stay at Red Lion a few times per year. Has always been the same over the years. Will keep staying there in the future.

Stayed for a girls trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Loved how close it was to downtown walking distance to all the stores. Will definitely stay again

Great stay. Construction on third floor, but wasn't noisy.
Only real disappointment was there was no coffee in the lobby on any of the mornings we were there. (This was after the free breakfast was over).

Quiet .staff was good. Breakfast was good and hot.

Good luck using the pool. Over run with screaming kids. One hot tub next to the pool and it had kids in it, climbing all over, jumping in and out The room across from the pool had a drenched path straight to it so no mystery where the literal herd of kids came from. Would be nice if they had even an hour for adult use so people can soak after traveling and not have to take ibuprofen after "relaxing". Room was average, bathroom was small and partially stocked with toiletries (half used t.p. roll). Hidden fees at check in $75 damage deposit not disclosed when room was booked a month in advance. Do yourself a favor walk a block over and habe breakfast at Rykers and skip the continental...

The staff are super friendly!! The hotel in general is dated and not the cleanest.

stayed in a lot of nicer hotels for less money

The only critique is that i wish breakfast was served until at least 930 or 10 am.

The hotel was in great condition and furnishings were
Attractive.
I was very disappointed that our room did not get housekeeping services. Front desk said the housekeeping staff overlooked our room. Beds were not made and we had to go to the front desk to pick up towels and misc. supplies: shampoo, lotion, etc.
Also when we arrived we were charged $79.00 in case of damages. We were told that it would be reimbursed. I am still on vacation and had not checked my bank statement. I hope the $79.00 will be refunded.
The breakfasts were great!

Overall the property is fine but is dated and in need of work. Room was clean but felt dirty.

Great breakfast, easy check in, super clean, close to downtown, right by Starbucks , family friendly… highly recommend

Property was not like advertised on website. Noisy next to street.
4.0
Great hotel especially if you have small kids. Has a courtyard, a pool and attaches to a mall. The breakfast area is indoors but landscaped so that's pretty interesting. It does need to be updated as it's a bit worn down. However our rooms were clean.
5.0
We had a wonderful stay however, our room did not have a black out curtain so people could see in our room.
5.0
Great room with walkin shower. Easy access to elevator and also breakfast area.

Good place to stay but pricey. Nice room and amenities. Night Clark was horrible. Very unhelpful. Kept us waiting for 15 minutes to check in. However, the morning Clark Ally was out of this world. Super nice and went above and beyond to help. Other staff were very helpful as well. Breakfast was decent. Located right downtown. Grocery store and food places within walking distance
3.0
I like that it's attached to the mall. Continental breakfast was okay.

I had two rooms, each for 4 nights. Neither room was cleaned (beds not made, coffee/tea not renewed, bins not emptied) for the first 3 days, despite staff entering to change towels on one day. Rooms finally cleaned on last day after i complained - Manager told me it was because of the Crowdstrike IT issue!! I was then very surprised to be woken by a 6am alarm on my last morning, presumably set in accident by the cleaner.
All in all a badly managed establishment, with mediocre staff.

Upon arrival, my friend had her foot sliced open by broken glass next to night stand. Trash under bed, human and animal hair on sheets, and tub.

The hotel was clean with a nice breakfast. However they didn’t clean our room every day.

We stayed one night on our way to Glacier NP. Everything about the hotel was great. Lots of extras and the breakfast was good.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast. Wish they had a laundry area in the hotel but there are some in town.
4.0
15 minutes to Glacier Intl airport and walking distance to many nice dining options on the main street of Kalispell

The hotel is aging but in good condition. The room was fine but smelled slightly musty which we got used to after about 30 minutes. The Desk Clerk needs to learn to finish checking guests in before answering multiple questions of a caller while we're standing there waiting for him to complete our check in.
5.0
Enjoyed our stay. The hotel was centrally located, close to downtown and walkable to many places.
4.0
Great staff
5.0
Easy access to other establishments such as restaurant, groceries, shopping center and more.

Liked the fact that it is at the end of the original main street and had a lot of stores and parks, within a 15 minute walk from hotel.

Our overall stay was good. We had the pool to ourselves two days of our stay, the morning breakfast was a great perk (although I wish it went until 10:00 instead of 9:00 so we could have slept in a bit later), the courtyard was nice, our room was good and clean. My only complaint would be our check in…we arrived at 3:15 and told we were early and our room wasn’t ready yet (check in is at 4:00 so this wasn’t the issue). We did not get checked in until 5:30 as the rooms needed to be inspected and okayed by someone which was a long time to wait in the lobby. The staff did not provide any updates on our room status and I had to stand in line twice to inquire how much longer we had to wait. I was told when I finally got checked in that they had 2 groups of 30 people checking in that day. I would recommend more staff if that was the case to make the check in process more efficient. Overall I would stay here again.

Arrive at 3:15 for check in, room was not ready. Was asked to come back at 4. I arrived back at 4 stated room was nor cleared as ready, they would contact housekeeping for update. I asked if another room was available and was told no. I waited in lobby an hour as others were checking in. It was busy lots of little league baseball players and family.
By time I reached desk it was after 5, and my rom was still not ready and I asked what status was with housekeeping they were contacting. No response and I had an event I needed to get to at Flathead lake. They checked me in and said they would call me when room was ready and did paperwork so when I got call they would hand me the keys.
Never received a call by the time I arrived back at hotel at 10pm the desk clerk had no record of me checking in and asked for update paperwork which I already signed. I said you have it I am to just get my keys.
I understand busy season etc. but don’t say one thing and not follow through. I will not stay at a Red Lion hotel again, they have lost my business.

After a very long day of traveling we tried to check in at 2:30. They said they had NO rooms clean. I seriously doubt that but OK, it was early. We were told to come back at 4:00. We came back at 3:55…still no clean rooms, but miraculously at 4:00 there was a clean room. Alonso at the front desk WAS NOT HELPFUL. He would not let us check in 5 minutes early.

Staff was rude, incompetent and should be fired. I have never experienced such a miserable time at a hotel.
