This hotel had e-check-in and check-out. This made the process so easy. When we arrived, we just picked up our keys, but the staff greeted us with hospitality. The room was very clean and had all we needed. We ate dinner at the restaurant we walked to next door. The hotel was so close to our event (was at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse). We will stay here again!

I opened the door to my Non-Smoking room and there was a heavy stench of cigarettes, it was disgusting. When I arrived home after the trip all of my clothes stunk of cigarettes still! I was at a concert and got to the hotel around 12:45am and slept until 9am and left. In that very little time the smell encapsulated everything. GROSS!

It was less than a mile from several restaurants ans a shopping center. Also, it was a 10-15 mins drive to downtown Cleveland with lots to do (restaurants, bars, casino, etc).

Absolutely wonderful stay. Excellent service at the desk and friendly room service. Quiet and very clean rooms. That hot shower felt fantastic after a day of sightseeing. Can very highly recommend.

This hotel is in dire need of a remodel. It wasn't very clean. The breakfast was short on choices and I'm pretty sure the waffle irons weren't working properly. After putting syrup on the waffle, it was like eating batter.

The hotel is old and needs carpet replaced. The TV did not work in our room, along with outlets on the same wall. Staff put us in another room and was very nice about it. Rooms could have been cleaner.

What a crazy experience… we went up to the room to check it out; it was okay except for a cracked window on the outside. However, after we went to get our bags and go up the key card did not work and some lady was yelling wrong room. I told her I was just up here and went to get my luggage; and my key card envelope has the room number on it. I guess she checked in after us and they gave her the wrong room. Wife went to turn in that key and get a different room. It smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. After she went to get the third room we just accepted it so we could just have a place to stay. The laminate flooring was sticky; my wife used one of the towels and wet it to try and wipe it up. The towel was black afterwards. The tub had a big rust stain in it and you had to hold the toilet handle down to get it to flush. There were black splash marks all over the side of the tub where they used a dirty mop to clean the floor. The drain plug was broken off. The door mirror was really dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I saw maids and asked if they could clean it and give me more towels; they told me to go tell the front desk. When I came back in my room and went back into the bathroom it smelled like cat piss. So I went down to the front desk and asked them to clean it while we were out. They offered to move us once again. It was late, everything was closing for sit down food so we declined and asked them to clean. Second effort was not much better.

Room was clean and comfortable. Needed a place to stay for the night while in Cleveland for the Rolling Stones concert, and this location worked out just fine for what I needed. Grabbed a bite to eat before checking out and got on the road in the morning.

This was a tired, shabby hotel, not the usual for La Quinta. But it was fine, the staff was nice, it was where I needed to be that night. And they didn't charge extra for my dog, which I appreciated.

My room wasn't cleaned at all the bathroom tub was dirty and had a ring around the tub . My hair dryer was full of hair. My bathroom towels had hair all over them. The couch had stains all over it and something spilled on the arm of the couch. Someone had threw up over the stairs and housekeeping didnt cleaned it up it sat there until the next evening. It was a horrible stay. I have never experience such a uncleaniness environment like this one.

When i checked in everybody was nice but when i got to my room the flooring and ends of the walls were torn , The bathroom toilet leaked && when i would call the front desk for towels and rags they would have me come downstairs for them and i am 8 months pregnant. that was unacceptable
