Very quiet facility. No loud talking people in the hall. Secure building. Very very clean. Breakfast was tasty every morning. Staff very polite and helpful.

Due to a tornado, much of the hotel was without power. My room had air conditioning, but no power. I think a discount would have been nice. I can't really give a reliable review because so few things were operational. I had to carry my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. I am 75 years old!

It was conveniently located to airport. Loved the shuttle and our driver Eileen. She was very helpful in providing information for public transportation. The staff were great!!!!

Just stayed one night. Had a good experience. Small matter of TV remote not working, but clerk at front desk helped resolve issue. Morning breakfast was great with hot options (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes) and standard (cereal, juice, yogurt, etc.). Would stay there again.

Positives - we had ac. Negatives - no fridge, microwave and half of the outlets didn't work. No tv the first night. TV did work Saturday morning. Sunday morning woke up to no power at all. Had to use the phone flash light to shower. Each evening we came back had to walk back downstairs (no working elevator) to get the card key activated.

Power was out. Called two days earlier and was told there was power. We got to the hotel at 2am and not only was there zero power and we weren’t notified, but the room they assigned us already had someone in it. We got a refund. Staff was very friendly however and refunded us immediately.

Super quick pick up from for airport and drop off the next morning at the car rental location. Breakfast had a great selection. Fresh fruit.

Arrived and told upon check in they were unsure if rooms had power or not and could not confirm which rooms did, due to a recent tornado. Natural disasters happen but this one happened 3 days prior. No warning or notice upon booking, no contact prior to check in to inform of situation. Asked if I would be getting a rebate or discount and redirected to Expedia. At this point I had no other option but to proceed with check in and see as I was in town for my birthday. The room I got did not have working power sockets or lights so I had to feel my way around and showered in the dark. Got back home and contacted Expedia who said the hotel would not be issuing a (partial) refund. Got a $25 credit from Expedia. The sole employee at check in, Nina, was overwhelmed with all the calls but did her best. Give her a raise! Friendly airport shuttle driver. Room was okay…from what I could see.

The staff did a great job taking care of the customers during the weather related power outage.

They didn't have a power generator and we spent an entire day without any electricity

The room appeared clean at 1st look but when we pulled the blankets back on the one bed the was a big brown ( not sure if it was blood or pee) when we called the front desk and young lady stated she could bring us sheets if we wanted to remake the bed or she could change the room. I opted to change rooms because I was on vacation and did not feel that I should be the one remaking the bed.

We had to carry 7, 40 pound pieces of luggage to the top floor because the elevator did not work. It had been down for weeks. We should have been made aware of the issue.

Good pick up from airport. Restaurant across the street but nothing on site. Room and carpet a bit dirty. Damp smell.

Its our go to place to stay when in the area, which is 1-3 times a month.

Close to airport and timely ride to airport is available.

Great place to say very clean

I would give zero stars if this was based off of how it started out. The man who was in charge that night , early morning when I arrived. Should be fired!!! They do have shuttle service. A older van, picks you up right out side luggage NOT the shuttle area. Lady was very nice. The man checking me in again very unprofessional.(john) There was issues going on that night Before i even got there.there was a group of us staying. Most of the group was already there. I have a bad foot which is hard for me to walk. So when i asked about what was going on he told me i could go find another place to stay and he didn't have to give me a room. I was like what. No, i want my room. he put me on on the top floor where i had to walk up stairs. Very unprofessional He is. Dont have enough space to put all if this man wrong doings. Next day people where wonderful. Hot breakfast. The very first batch wasn't cooked all the way. Some of us earlier riser But after that was good. Next day

Elevator not working. Room reeked of cigarettes. the one employee calm, polite, trying to be helpful with really abusive customers. She needs a better employer.

Our room smelled like BO, stains on the carpet and bed, filthy curtains, mold in bathroom, and carpet was wet in places. Elevator was also broken so emergency exit doors were open to anyone who cared to walk in. If I hadn't been exhausted from traveling, I would have gone elsrwhere.

The hotel smells bad. The room smells like the inside of a wet duffel bag. Shuttle runs late. Elevator broken.

Floor in room was dirty, carpet really needed sanitizing, the bed was comfortable... elevator broke down so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs, breakfast was limited with toaster breaking down ... In total the hotel rooms really need a face lift

The best western in Cleveland Ohio was a good place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the room and hallways be clean. The elevator was broken, but it was being repaired the next day. Our only real complaint is that the building is not secure, All the doors were taped open, not requiring a key to gain access. For the price, it was an excellent choice for staying in Cleveland.
