Prior to check in, I had been in contact with the host earlier in the day letting him now our time of arrival into Kelowna. He told us the information to get buzzed in to the building but then when we got there we tried over and over to call him and he just fell off the face of the earth. We stood outside in 40 degrees for an hour before he finally let us in to the building. Also for anyone planning to stay here please expect long elevator delays - it seems like most of the building are rental units with people constantly going up and down and only two elevators to share. The place itself was nice with a super convenient location but I just can’t get past the host not being able to take the time to let the people who are paying him into the rental. I was also messaging him on the app and nothing.

Condo very clean. In a perfect location. Parking was awesome. Condo very modern with modern appliances. During our stay, we ran into a couple of questions, the owner was very responsive, helpful, and nice. Overall awesome place to stay!!!

We come to Kelowna for the shopping and dining along Bernard street. This condo is just a couple hundred feet off of Bernard so we just walked to everything. Having free secure parking just adds to the value.

Justin’s place was perfect! Clean, great location, great view, and comfortable. Justin has clear instructions on check-in, so it was super easy. My only complaint is my husband and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the oven off after making a dinner. Not even really sure how we got it on. We will definitely stay again!

The condo location and cleanliness couldn’t be any better. It is very quiet at night, and we never once heard any banging or other voices as you would expect in a complex.
The owner is extremely personable, kind and responsive. Would definitely try to stay here again when we come back.

The location of the condo is perfect! Just a couple blocks off the harbour and walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach. The condo was clean, updated and was very comfortable for 3 people.

This condo is great! Very clean, modern and a great location. It’s walking distance to Bernard and the beach. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We didn’t use the rooftop patio as we were traveling with our 9 month old, but its beautiful and has an incredible view. The underground parking was very convenient. The communication with Justin was effortless!

My brother, husband & I stayed at the condo while visiting Kelowna for a family wedding. The condo is centrally located so we were able to walk to everything. The condo was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The host was easy to get ahold of. Our only criticism is that moving within the building is difficult. A fob is required to get in the front door and get to the floor of the condo. You are unable to move to any other floor with that fob, which makes it difficult to visit other friends that are staying in the same building. As there was only one fob, there were a coupke times when someone from our grouo was stuck on another floor or outside the building. All this being said, once in the condo, we felt quite safe! We would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Kelowna!
