About this house rental

Location, location, location!! “Wirramulla”, a 1920’s character home located in the heart of Victor Harbor. It is immaculately presented, very secure and found in a brilliant location- it’s a 2-minute stroll to everything the town has to offer including the beach, Horse-Drawn Tram, Granite Island, Ocean St, Cockle Train, Farmers Market, SA Whale Centre, great Cafés and restaurants, playgrounds... so leave the car at home!
The space
An inviting neutral colour palette with new furnishings will greet you at the front door. A wide hallway with high ceilings will transition you through this charming home to access all bedrooms and living areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing for easy food preparation including new high-quality appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and a basic starter pantry.

The traditional main living room has a lovely ambience and includes a smart TV with Netflix, comfortable modern lounge and a bookshelf that contains books, boardgames and toys to entertain the family.

The house includes 2.5 bathrooms for guests to utilise with the rear bathroom being newly renovated and includes an in-built laundry. There is also a separate powder room.

The sunroom/dining captures the beautiful afternoon sunlight which makes it the perfect place for shared meals and drinks. Alternatively, an all-weather alfresco area at the rear is fitted with café blinds, BBQ, heater and looks out to a manicured backyard.

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed and 2 Single Beds (bunks)
** All linen is provided, excluding beach towels
** A highchair and portacot is available on request

Other things to note:
- The house is fully fenced (including side gate to separate backyard)
- No more than 8 guests are able to be accommodated
- No parties of any kind are tolerated
- Not available for schoolies, hens or bucks shows

Central but quiet location with easy access to attractions in the area as well as supermarkets, cafes etc. The property is beautifully presented - very clean & everything you would need for a getaway is provided. Highly recommend it.

What a find! Beautiful character home with all the amenities plus charm and convenience of a fantastic location. Treat this home as you would yours and respect the care and attention the young family owners have obviously invested in, with their passion for the locality and good life. Would highly recommend a stay here for sure! Great location - so well catered for, lots of small touches throughout. So close to everything yet very quiet. Alana (the host) was lovely - welcome chocolates & coffee vouchers went down a treat!! Thankyou so much Alana 😊💖

We had such a lovely stay. The property was just lovely. Very comfortable, neat and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Wirramulla was in such a fantastic location, close to everything. The host gave us great ideas on where to eat out and the restaurants and hotels did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend to others visiting Victor Harbor.

We stayed at Wirramulla for 3 nights. It is a lovely well presented home away from home in an excellent location for first time visitors like us in Victor Harbor. It is a quiet location and perfect for a couple or maybe two couples or a family as there are two bathrooms. Lana is an excellent host who communicates well and quickly. It is very neat and clean with many thoughtful touches. The information book is very thorough about and places for dining and sightseeing.

if you need a house close to the main shops at victor harbour this is a great place to stay, it’s also a pretty good space for 5 people. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family and i would stay there again.

It was great to be in walking distance to shops & cafes. We really enjoyed sitting outside with the option of pulling down the cafe blinds, shielding us from insects & wind. We were disappointed that there were no bins provided. Enjoyed our stay at Victor Harbour

We had a wonderful time at Victor Harbor! This property was perfect for our family. It was close to everything we needed and wanted! Walking distance to the beach, great coffee and the supermarket. I loved the additions of booklets suggesting places to eat , coffee and places to visit. The coffee card’s & chocolate’s were a great surprise too 😊 Highly recommended 10/10
