The windows need repair immediately, they howled constantly. At certain times they howled so loudly that is sounded like a child screaming. The property was lovely, the location was great.

This is our second time to stay at Laguna Reef in as many months, this is the best place! Norma was great. She did help with the TV when we checking in.

Loved the location…safe, calm, kind people around us. Kids could play and explore on the shoreline, fishing wasn’t the best this go around but this was consistent with many other fishermen. Close to shops(within walking distance). Front desk was knowledgeable and very responsive to all my requests(towels, cable questions and vacuum). Rental was clean, charming and stocked with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable

Laguna Reef has become our go to place for the Texas coast. We have decided to do this every year! Beautifully decorated unit; beautiful grounds, the pool has always been super clean The staff at the office were super sweet.

We had a lovely stay here at the property over 4th of July weekend. We sat on our patio and watched the Rockport fireworks show! The condo was clean and it was very convenient to the amazing lighted fishing pier. For families with dogs, this property is great since it's on the ground floor and the back door goes straight out to a grassy area. Being an end unit the foot traffic and noise is a little noticeable, but not terrible. Our only complaint was we ran out of toilet paper before our stay ended and there were no additional trash bags provided. Regardless, we would be likely to book again and might just bring an extra roll of TP!

I enjoyed my stay and hope to return. The condo we stayed in was first class. It was close to the beach and Rockport’s Heritage District. First, it was pet friendly and they had ceramic tile floor which was. Easy to clean. Secondly, 101 had glass windows and a sliding glass door that opened up to the bay. It was a gorgeous view. The condo also was supplied with WIFI,Smart TV, DVD player and movies. In addition the owner also had games, puzzles and books for the quests enjoyment. I think this is an added touch. Lastly, it is situated on the corner and easy to walk our dogs. The front desk team was courteous.

The interior of this older condo complex was nice and well equipped. Unit 101 is especially nice because it has no unit above it, is far from the noisy pool, and the patio door slides out for easy dog access.
The disappointment was how the town of Rockport hasn’t yet gotten fully back on its feet. But if you just want some fishing and water views and a nearby dog friendly beach this is perfect.

It was exactly what we wanted and needed! We called because there were 4 remotes and we could not get the tv to work. I called and the nice young man was there in 5 min and fixed it in one minute.
