Clean, modern, stylish with some really helpful staff - most notably the futy manager and Johnny. There is a small gym attached to the building which is available for guests to use for free and several dining options opposite the hotel. A supermarket is located about 2 blocks away. Minor problems: lack of amenities (no table in the room to work/prepare food at, no cutlery) but you can easily work around these issues i.e. ask for cutlery and work on the bed. The biggest problem was the noise. Gym sessions below statt at 530am; you can hear weights being dropped and PTs motivating their clients, and conversations/music coming from other rooms in the building. Lastly, the location may be an issue for those with mobility issues as it is about a 35m walk from El Poblado's metro station or you can take a taxi for around 12 000 COP. Overall, i would stay here again with little hesitation but perhaps request to stay higher in the building to avoid noise from the gym.

Very nice place to stay at in Medellin. Close to the airport and restaurants. The receptionist are very helpful and attentive. The suite terrace (4th floor) I originally booked did not have a nice view so I upgraded to a bigger apartment on the 12th floor and the view was breathtaking. I highly recommend the bigger rooms. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Medellin.

Very nice location clean safe the staff was awesome. They still are waiting to finish some of the amenities so that’s why I put a four-star for that. Other than that. It’s a pretty nice property will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful building and apartment. But read the fine print before you book. I am originally from Medellin and I booked the apartment thinking it was an apartment style rental. I booked a large one bedroom with living room and balcony. I wanted to have my parents over for visit since they live there. But they have a strict no guest policy. This was the only negative about this apartment and the reason I would not go back. But if you don’t expect to have any guests then I highly recommend this building.

Mariana the manager is the rudest person you could ever deal with. So hypocrite and she hides behind her phone. I had an incident with her staff and she didn’t even hear my side of the story. Instead she made An assumption that I was faulty. This place is a hub for prostitution and drugs at night time. The place doesn’t offer any amneties. No gym, no pool, no room service and rude staff except Jonathan who works the night shift. They are rip off and they want just your dollars. The kitchen rarely functions especially the stove.

Amazing stay! Would’ve stayed longer but no available rooms left for the duration on my trip. The room was beyond expectations, bed was very comfortable, cable and smart TVs, floor to ceiling windows, with power curtains. All staff was great. Guest policy was fine, holds the building at a higher standard.it’s Quite and family friendly. The low star reviews are nonsense. I will be booking again and recommending this place to others

The location was excellent. The room was clean and modern with high quality products for use. While the view was not the one we were expecting that was advertised, we still enjoyed it. It was advertised as a much higher up view but being on floor 4 we only saw trees and no city view. Other than this however, it was a great, comfortable stay.

It was a really nice hotel a couple of months ago water pipe from air conditioner flooded in the floor. I have the iPhone by in the floor charging it no longer works. I have a battery charger that got wet they offered no compensation would not change rooms and turn the air conditioner back on

Loved it. Amazing apartment, in a relatively quiet and tourist-friendly safe area of Medellin but just a few mins from the bustling poblado. Will stay here again, hopefully for much longer.

Check in was super easy and smooth, cafe downstairs was awesome for a quick cafe pick me up after a long day of trave. Location was super convenient and the room was fantastic with an amazing veranda to enjoy a drink with a view. Only drawback were the pillows as they were large and the early morning gym noise from a class that was being held in the first floor gym. Considering everything, the place was an amazing value and I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the unit. It’s so spacious it gives apartment condo vibes. The view is amazing. The TVs are smart TVs. Jonathan at the front desk over night is the best. He will help you with whatever you need.

The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and took good care of it. I booked 7 days in this hotel, and my room was for two people per night. My plan was to stay the first day/night with my sister as she was in town, and the rest of the 6 days with my mom. However, the hotel management made me pay an extra $80 for my sister to stay that night, even though only two people were staying in the room. They insisted that the same two people had to stay for the entire duration, which seemed odd to me. I tried to explain to them that my room was for two people, and as long as two people were in the room, I was in compliance with the agreement. Unfortunately, they didn't see it that way. It was an awful experience with the management, and I will never stay there again.
