Decent stay but could improve significantly with little effort
During our recent stay in LA, we found this house to be somewhat lacking in a few areas. Firstly, the ambience of the house felt rather sterile and unwelcoming. The rules of the house were provided after the payment (which is weird), and mentioned a pool (?) and were overall aggressive, as if it is granted that the guests will destroy the place. In terms of amenities, we were disappointed. Despite being a group of 8 people, there weren't sufficient chairs, plates, or glasses to accommodate all of us. This made our meals and gatherings a bit inconvenient. One of the bathrooms was missing a shower curtain, which made it challenging to shower without splashing water everywhere. This was a significant oversight, as it made the bathroom messy and slippery after use. Additionally, we noticed that the toilet seat cover in one of the bathrooms was broken. Cleanliness was another area of concern. We discovered a considerable amount of hair in some of the rooms, which was off-putting. In conclusion, while this place was serviceable, these issues detracted from our overall experience. We believe that with a few improvements, future guests could have a much more pleasant stay.

Beautiful place for the price so value for money. All the amenities and close to Universal studios and hollywood
Was cold at night and more blankets accessible would had been great. Messaged the property manager and was given one more blanket for the four beds but they were very accommodating when asked.
