Cocomo's north-east aspect allows plenty of natural light into the open plan living and dining space, that includes a cosy lounge area and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen - complete with a gas cooktop and electric oven. The room has a reverse cycle air conditioner, keeping the temperature right year-round.

Sleeping:
The light and bright bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, with elegant linen and furniture pieces complimenting the space. The room also has a ceiling fan and heater to help guests sleep comfortably.

The home is conveniently located walking distance to cafes and boutiques on Ormond Road (200m) in Elwood Village, with dog-friendly Elsternwick Park (300m) just around the corner. Cocomo is also a gentle stroll to Elwood Beach (650m), where guests can link with a coastal walking path that follows the bay. The Hotham Street / Brighton Road tram stop is a 1km walk from the property, which connects through to Flinders Street Station in Melbourne's CBD (11km).

We had a lovely time at this little apartment. The apartment is just big enough for two people, had a great kitchen and living area. Excellent location, quick and easy walk to Main Street and Elwood Beach. Only downside was the bed was uncomfortable, found sleeping on the couch much more enjoyable!

The apartment we stayed in was neat, clean and had everything you could need for a weeks break. It's proximity to Elwood shops and restaurants was a great bonus. The beach is close by and a short tram into the city. Perfect!
