We had a wonderful family time in Sedona. The VRBO website accurately describes the house and location. The host contact was very accessible, friendly, and communicated the expectations clearly. The house has an extraordinary view of the mountains. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Sedona.

Our favorite part was the location of the neighborhood and how quiet it was! The house was great too. Plenty of space, comfortable, clean, the patios/balconies were really nice to have, and it had all of the furnishings you would want in a rental like this. We would absolutely stay here again!

The home was very nicely appointed and very clean when we arrived. The heart of Sedona is extremely close and convenient.
The linens and bath products that were provided were above and beyond.
Clara, the host. was outstanding keeping us posted for check-in and departure information, great job!

I loved the design of this house! It was perfect for our yoga adventure retreat! All the rooms have their own outdoor space and it was in an ideal area with such a beautiful view! They even had yoga mats so need to travel with them.

A lovely place. We had some technical difficulties with heating, and the management was as responsive as they could be. Location is fantastic and ideal, and the house is beautiful.

Wonderful property. Host was extremely communicative, and expectations from guests were very fair (something that is changing for the worse in a lot of offerings). Felt like a tranquil retreat even though we were still minutes from town. Hands down one of the best hot tubs I have experienced (a priority for me) and the property is great for stargazing. Turn of the lights and on nights when the moon is down you can see the Milky Way! Would definitely stay again

Our family of 11 had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home in Sedona! Pictures don’t do it justice. Located right in the middle of town with gorgeous views and easy access to restaurants and hiking. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Came in for a couple-day work retreat and could not have asked for a better location. Perfect space to get work done while enjoying the gorgeous surrounding views and hiking trails. The house seemed bigger than the photos portrayed. Would easily put this at the top of the list to come back again.

The location of the house and the views were great. The house was spacious enough for our party of 12.
I had issues with the ACs. Two of the rooms have AC units in the walls, they did not cool enough for the AZ heat. My main issue with this house was the CLEANLINESS. At check in, the house smelled very strong of Pine-sol/Fabuloso so I thought they had cleaned the house thoroughly. After just a few hours of my 4 year old being barefoot, his feet were literally black. The microwave was also dirty. I reported the cleanliness of the floor and the AC issues to the host and although she did respond immediately I was not able to get any resolutions.

Enjoyed the place, its location is beautiful. It is clean and comfortable, except wish every bedroom had it's own bath room. We were 5 couples in 5 rooms with only 3 and a half bathrooms.

Absolutely delightful place to stay. Well stocked with paper goods, coffee for the machine, as well as whatever you might need to cook with. Clara was extremely attentive and responded almost instantaneously to questions we had. If you arrive at night, you’ll love the view you wake up to in the morning! Would absolutely stay there again! Loved this house.

Unbelievably beautiful rustic views from the home. The location was very convenient to shops and fine dining as well as to trails. The home was clean and fairly stocked. It appeared that some remodeling is underway and there were a few visible details that were left unattended. Two of the five bedrooms advertised are downstairs and almost appear to be the product of finishing out a garage. The quality does not match the rest of the house.

Big house; plenty of room. Gorgeous views all around. Ice maker didn’t work on refrigerator. Portable ice maker in laundry room leaked because drain plug stopper was missing. Burned out lightbulbs throughout house. House was advertised with fireplace that did not work in living room, hitch was very disappointing because we scheduled a professional photographer for a family reunion photo and had intended to pose in front of fire. Considering costs, check in time is too late in day and check out time is too early.
