The house is beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our family of 14.
The location was further out than I thought but it wasn’t a problem. A video of the home would give you a better idea how the house is arranged, but definitely not a deal breaker.

This overall is an excellent property for a large family to stay at. There are 5 bedrooms and you can even do 6 or 7 in a pinch with the study and game room. The bedrooms are well separated among the 3 floors with the bottom one having a private entrance into a fenced yard, perfect for someone with a dog. You are just a few houses (1 minute walk) from the boardwalk to the beach and on the dunes with an ocean view - hard to top the location. The house has some nice features like a foosball table, games, a hi chair for a little kid, etc. There are 3 large dining tables. We'd definitely stay here again, it served our purposes very well.
That said, the house could use a little TLC in terms of maintenance, e.g. the grill is rusted over and not really usable. But it's a daunting task to keep a house this large close to the salty ocean breeze in pristine shape.

Love the spaciousness of the house and proximity to the beach! A big plus is the fully loaded kitchen filled with anything anyone would need. Only complaint is condition of living room furniture - old and uncomfortable…not what one would expect in this home (and the cost to stay there); hopefully, that will get remedied soon!!!!

We were able to get our complete family all together for the 1st time ever and everyone had a wonderful time. The house was large enough for all of us (14) with enough room to spread out.

Great Location. The house was fully stocked all we really needed with the exception of cleaning supplies and trash bags but nothing a quick drive to the gas station 2 minutes away couldn't fix. We had a large group of 11 and it has more than enough space for everyone to lounge around and relax after the beach. Great overall experience and will definitely be renting again if available.

Our family appreciates being able to stay in such a beautiful atmosphere. We'll be calling soon to rent it again the 2nd week of March. I noticed that the ice maker leaks still. I think because the ice was full. The half bath's toilet ran constantly. There was water behind it. The cabinet door was off it's hinge in the dining area. There's a leak in the ceiling where the recess lights are leaking in the living area.We love this house! Thank you. See ya again in 6 months.

The house is very spacious and perfect for large groups; however, it does not offer any extra amenities to make the stay more comfortable. We stayed in and cooked most of the time, and would have liked additional spices for cooking.
Also, there was only 1 dish towel provided in the kitchen for any sort of cleanup, but there was no clean up spray (409 / Mr. Clean) in which to make the clean-up easier.
Lastly, there seems to be an ant problem that needs to be addressed on ALL levels of the home. I left a 5-star review, as I myself am a host on AirBnb and VRBO, so I know how hard it is to keep everything maintained.

This property was spacious, had plenty of parking and the layout was great; however, our overall experience was well below our expectation, especially when viewed in comparison with the rate paid for the rental. Below are the major issues experienced:
1. Some of the outside balcony and stairs railings were wobbly/loose and could be considered a serious safety hazard.
2. Although advertised as an amenity, there wasn't any WIFI available from any location on the property.
3. The dryer door would not close; therefore, washer/dryer service was not available.
4. Chairs in the dining room were dirty.
5. Fans in living room did not work.
6. Some televisions did not work properly due to remotes missing.
7. There were several community pools available; however, the filtration system on one of the pools didn't seem to be working as the water appeared stagnant. No one was using this pool. Someone needs to check these pools on a regular basis to insure they are working properly and safe.
8. The doorknob on the door to the third level balcony needs to be repaired.
9. On the second day of our stay, one of our female guest was exiting the 1st floor living area into the garage and she was confronted by a mouse/rat. The guest was very shaken by the incident and did not see where the rodent went but believe it exited the area via a hole under the door to the owner's garage.
10. One of the sinks in the master bedroom did not drain properly.

When we got there the code you sent to my phone didn't work. I tried to call your office and just had to listen to some stupid music while our ice cream was melting because we couldn't get in. I tried the code several times and it never worked. This is the third time this has happened to me thru your service at this house

The house located in a great spot near the boardwalk and pool. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for multiple couples and the huge dinning room table allowed all of us to dine together. Overall, a great house to rent!

This house is beautiful from a distance and has a great layout perfect for big families. The location is great. There are a bunch of things that need to be fixed or updated in the house though. While we were there the washer and dryer were damaged. The washer leaked water into the drawer underneath it and the dryer door was broken. It would not shut. While running the washer you hear a loud banging noise in the bunk room on the first floor. This house is 3 stories and takes a LONG time to cool down, like 24 hours, and even once it's cool it still gets pretty hot in some of the rooms at night. The common area toilet on the main floor was out of order. The ceiling fans in the living room did not work. The stove top was cracked and effected some of the burners. There was lots of noticeable wear and tear, i.e. broken drawers and doors, chipped paint, cracked stair and base boards, stains around ceiling lights, and missing knobs on furniture. The dining room table chairs were filthy. Some of the rooms were missing their tv remote therefore those guests went the entire stay without tv during their rest time. The outdoor staircase leading to the front door is very wobbly and the railing on the porches is too. There was also no WiFi the entire time we were there and no maintenance support for any of the above issues due to short staffing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house, but it would have been much nicer if all the things listed were attended to.

Our family really enjoyed this amazing house BUT the Dryer was broke so we didn't get the use of it as was the ice maker, we didn't any ice till our 3rd day! There were several broken cabinet doors, the pots for cooking were old and there was not toaster for bread! I paid a good penny to have these conveniences - asking if you could "make-up" for not having these items?

House looks great and beautiful. One thing that made us not happy is no Wi-Fi during the time we stayed.

Our first family trip to Port A and this property was everything we wanted and more. Great space for 4 families for sharing and for privacy. This is a jewel and we will be back!

It's laid out fabulously, giving room to multiple families to spread out. The spacious kitchen with several dining areas is super helpful as well. Contrary to some of the reviews we saw here, the home was very clean. We did have to make a run to the store for trash bags and paper towels, which there didn't seem to be enough of, but it was a minor inconvenience.

I was disappointed that there are no real views of the ocean. If you stand in one corner of a patio you can kinda see the water. I also asked multiple times about room set up as we had elderly people that can’t climb stairs. There are rooms on the bottom floor BUT all common areas are on a separate floor. It’s is still a wonderful property and we made it work. Our dogs had plenty of space and very well appointed kitchen.
