We very much enjoyed everything about the property. The only issue we had is that the pool gate code sent in the email was incomplete, but everything else was spot on. We will definitely come back.

Property in rough shape (photos are probably old). Lacked any cleaning supplies (no mop, broom, rags etc). Lacks any condiments (not even salt/pepper). Upstairs ceiling fan blew up when we turned it on, causing circuit breaker to blow. Called management at 10am and maintenance arrived at 4:30pm. Problem was not resolved. Mosquitos are out of control. Town has no redeeming qualities. We will never return.

This was our second year in a row staying for our annual Mother's day trip. We love this little place. Great location. Plenty of room. Directly in front of pool. Always clean and ready to go. Hope to keep coming back for years to come. Thank yall.

This is our second time staying at this property and we Love it! The bathrooms and kitchen are super clean, it’s right on the pool and a short drive to the beach. The decor is really cute! The carpets, upholstery and ceiling fans could really use a deep cleaning.

Property could have been cleaned better. The bed sheets and pillows didn’t look like they had been changed. Not enough towels. Couch had potato chips in the cushions. The handrails to the stairs were sticky. Didn’t look like it had been vacuumed or swept.

We loved this home and will be back for sure! The pool is right out the front which was super convenient! The place was bigger than expected, and lots of beds. The sheets were super soft (BONUS!)

Stayed for 5 nights and had a nice time, the kitchen could use more silverware, it was clean, nice pool, great location, kind neighbors, amazing washer and dryer, dishwasher worked great

This was the cutest condo ever! We had plenty of room since it was just the 3 of us. Since it rained most of the days we were there, we enjoyed staying in and hanging out. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed w our 5year old and teenager- and the property was perfect! Short car ride to the beach where you drive and park on the sand. The pool was well maintained with ample seating. The playground was clean and fun. Inside the home was very nicely decorated and had plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax. Overall a great trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Great beach townhouse decorated in.beach theme. It's not close to the beach but you can drive to the beach and drive on the beach. Golf carts are not allowed across hwy 361 so having a golf cart was a challenge because we had to leave it across the street at the golf city rental. Pool is fantastic right out the front door . It was a fantastic place to say !

The condo is located right next to the 2nd pool. It’s a great location to allow the kids to play in the pool while your in the shade. There was plenty of beds and the kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything you need. I would recommend you bring extra trash bags and dish soap if you plan on using the kitchen. We will definitely stay again, and recommend this condo. Side note, make sure you check your spam account for the rental agreement

Renting, check in and ease of reservation was great. The townhouse was not very clean upon arrival. Kitchen supplies are sparce, not enough for the 8 people capacity. Very few pots and pans, utensils and cookware is old. Kitchen needs to be restocked. We were not provided enough washcloths and hand towels in the bathroom, even for 2 people and only 1 kitchen towel. The decor is very cute and the pool is absolutely perfect. Almost like having your own private pool. Overall a good stay and anytime at the beach is good for me.

Our family had so much fun! It's close enough to the beach to go back and forth as needed which is a lifesaver with a toddler. Very comfortable place to settle into in the evenings. This is our second time staying here and definitely not the last! I highly recommend staying!

This was the perfect spot for people with kids who swim! Literally the gate opens to your porch. The theme in the main area was so fun to look at and we took pictures in front of the wave mural. It had everything we needed and we all enjoyed our stay!

The property itself was fine. The carpet needs to be replaced and in my opinion should be taken out completely for cleanliness reasons. The fans do not all work and seem to only have one setting on the fans that do work. The property management company is very hard to get a hold and I had multiple text messages from them asking for information I had already submitted.

Exactly as pictured. Loved that the place was cold when we walked in and smelled fresh and clean. We were two small families together with children of all age range, and everyone just had a blast. We enjoyed both pools while there, cooked in kitchen and cooked out. We are thinking of making it an annual event, we loved it so much. Totally recommend!

This property was so much more than we expected. It was cozy and the beds were all very comfortable. It was better than the pictures and descriptions lead. There was plenty of room for everyone and it is in fantastic condition! Location and amenities were great! We had a wonderful time!! So sad we are leaving already, until next time Pirates Bay!

Clean and nice place. More room than I expected. I did have a problem with other people parking in our 2 spaces but when I went up to them they moved and we didn’t have problems. We went on a holiday weekend but people were not crazy and it wasn’t loud.

There was lots of room. The pictures were misleading. It’s a lot bigger than we expected. There was plenty of room for all of us. It’s in a great location. It’s decorated so cute and very clean. We loved staying there!

We had a fantastic time renting this condo! It's a quick drive to the beach and walking distance to shops & restaurants. Lots of space - my kiddos loved the bunk bed & loft upstairs so they could watch movies! Condo had everything we needed for a family of 5. Will definitely be back in the summer so we can enjoy the pool more - it was cold in January! Kiddos also loved the playground onsite - great way to get their energy out before bed!

The location was perfect, close enough to the beach to rent a golf cart. The access to the pools was nice. Could've been cleaner. Had some trouble with the key code but it was fixed relatively quickly. The smoke detector ran out of batteries and went off. Called to get it fixed but no one came while we were there. There wasn't enough toilet paper or trash bags for a 5 day stay. Overall it was a good beach getaway and loved the location.

pillows need replaced. mattress needs replace or upgraded. very clean and nicely decorated without having too much clutter like some. pool needed some minor repairs around drains and different places some rough sharp areas not real good for for little ones.needs cleaned more often. these are all issues that could be remedied easily to make this condo even more appealing. we do want to come back sometime.

We had a very relaxing stay at PB-106. The place was very neat, and clean, and we had the necessities provided that come with a vacation rental spot. This beautifully decorated unit is perfect for a family of 6. Plenty of space, and most importantly, it's pet friendly. Our spot was perfect due to the fact that you walk out and the pool is located right in front of the unit. Definitely enjoyed our stay here, we will come back again for sure in the future.

We rented “Happiness comes in Waves” this past weekend, and loved it! It was very clean, super cute, and my kids (all young adults and their friends) enjoyed it too!Although it’s not on the beach, it’s very close to beach access!I love Port Aransas and will be returning to this rental!!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Had this place booked for the week of the Texas Snowpacalypse... the owners were SO NICE, and let us cancel our reservation at the last minute, and rebook with no penalty. Just for that, I would give them five stars. The place is well managed, clean, and has everything you would need. Pirate's bay is the best complex on the island in my opinion, and this unit is right in the middle. I was glad we could bring our dog as well. About the only thing I would change would be the beds, which were a bit firm for my taste. All in all, I loved this place and hope you will too!
